Now I'm really feeling the absence of Lucas. Those tempo-calming touches in the midfield, those  attack-quenching tackles, those long, defense-slicing passes from deep. Adams is trying with his passes, but Lucas' absence is quite obvious in our midfield. Look at the sort of free access these guys have through our midfield.

AVB gotta tidy up his defense, it's CRAP!!!{to be polite}. I wrote the defense off after that goal by Walcott against Arsenal. He, literally fell down, got up, dribbled 2 players, and scored-----all around the goal area. Is there any other "big" club in Europe where you'll find such? In front of your home crowd again. Ever since that goal, I've written that defense off. As far as I'm concerned, Chelsea defense is a write-off!!!!
