The people running this program are far more knowledgeable than you are and have invested their funds and stand more to loose so why are you carrying it on your head more than them??

You should be more concerned about the numerous states that have shown no progress in public transportation for decades.

I am not concerned about other states because they should know what to do,it doesn’t matter who started it first but I still insist on our poor maintenance culture.
It is easy to purchase all this things but with poor maintenance we will back to status quo.
