Ok guys i have gotten my 6 months visa from the British High Commission Pretoria yesterday. Out of all the visa applications i have made in my life, This application made for Uk Business Visa was the only one i have made with nothing to worry or no nightmares. i never worried even for one day as to what will be the outcome. it seems easy if you have all supporting documents. initially i used to apply for this visas for my boss here in S.A. But i decided to attach my application this time around. Am thinking also of other countries we do business with . Am grateful to all.

As a Co on here , My advice for you is to request from the UK Company for evidence of the hotel reservation since it has been stated in the letter, The Hotel name, duration, cost/night and contact would definitely be on the reservation confirmation. Also state on the additional info that the Uk company has incurred the bill.

Insurance is not needed for UK visas.

Include your Statement of account as this will also prove that you are on the company's payroll, Atleast its gonna signify on your Statement of account that the company pays you salary every month... even if you dont have much money in it, include it .

But one more question, I run 2 accounts. One of them I used to receive salary from last 3 months cause b4 I used to receive it in hand.
The other account is just a savings account that I put money and ppl also deposit money there to me. Now how do I explain how I make the money cause it comes from tips and personal saving apart from the money in the Salary account? Help me out for the final time here.

@Justwise and co, When applying for Business Visa, What should i fill in the column for Cost of Accommodation since the company i will visit has already arranged it and its stated in the INVITATION LETTER? Is insurance required for applying for this visa? Also please hint on whether its necessary to put my personal statement.

i tried to look up but couldn't find anywhere here where its been answered.

It was a great mistake from her. I just saw it in the news.
