You will need a foreign Paypal account, usually a US account. I am not sure but I think Fiverr accept Skrill and Payoneer. You can easily get those here in Nigeria without hassles. You can do some research on that.

Why rdp is better?

VPN do disconnect atimes likewise rdp but when VPN disconnect and you are not aware, accessing your paypal can earn you a ban cos your ip must have changed back to Nigeria.

When rdp disconnect, you are logged out of the remote desktop eliminating the mistake of accessing your paypal on a different ip.

Very easy. Get a free Amazon EC2 cloud server. You pay less than a dollar for the service monthly. A good VPN doesn't just disconnect like that unless you are talking about one of those free VPN with crappy service. Besides, it's not like you need to be permanently logged in on paypal 24hrs. You only login when you need to process a payment. That's when you connect your vpn and process your payment, after which you logout.

Actually, rdp is far better compared to VPN just that it's more expensive.

Kindly tell me how rdp is more better than a VPN in this scenario. How on earth will u even want to use an rdp just to create and operate an account. And rdp is not expensive, heck it's as cheap as less than 200naira monthly.

Saw a notification on my Access Bank app and ignored it until today. Checked and saw they have increased their spend limits to $1000 a month. Now this is great news. Hopefully other banks will do the same as well.


P.S. A friend of mine who works with UBA also confirmed they have increased theirs too to $1000. But with a caveat that it is a promo for the Summer Hols. Access Bank's isn't a promo though.

Lol. The guy has probably scammed you. There is absolutely no need for a Remote Desktop connection in creating a US Paypal account. Guides and HOWTOs on doing that abound the internet and is only a google search away. That was the old virus bro. Go and watch the series, the virus evolved and other people created different versions of it. Remember when it used to be that once bitten, there was no way to prevent the person from turning? But Leon saved one dude in one the movies by shooting his spine or something. The guy survived but became paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair. Also, at the beginning, the zombies were slow moving but now, they can charge and are smarter than they were.
