250-350k. Depends also on the type of wedding. Hence the "use your brain" gauge them if they look quite rich and are ready to splash money. |

Eat up to 5 times a day. More protein in your diet. Hard work in the gym too. And yes in 3months you'll see changes. If you have money for supplements buy protein shakes and animal pak. You're good to go. |
