Just go and use another mail and start your process all over again.It won't take 5mins,you will be done with the whole process. Mine was showing Nysc discharge pending, I simply use my second mail and I was able to finish in less that 3mins.
I have even done for 3 of my friends now.

Try using Chrome browser on that PC, avoid using Firefox or Opera Mini or UC browser...

I have been unable to bypass the BSC/HND stage. This is as a result of that "degree type" that refuses to bring options for ticking hence, it keeps saying "valid space required", please, am I the only one experiencing this?

And please, what are those professional certificates, so I'll get them ready before I get to that stage.

Just stay on the page for some minutes for it to load options for the degree type

Tried logging in now, it logged in but the page could not load and other accounts could not even log in at all
Lot of traffic on the site coupled with the bad nature of it is the major cause of the glitches we've been experiencing.

I thought as much, since I got logged in, it has been showing error loading page

For now, many applicants will be experiencing "error 504" and to some once they login, their page will redirect back to login page.

So, with time the web will be normalized and everybody will be able to apply.

all my boxes have been ☑ just remaining the "documents" and server started misbehaving again oh.

Just keep trying and see when it will come back.
I had expected this kind of hitches on the 1st-3rd day before but never expected it will be this worse.

But the site will still comes back online before the deadline
