Actually, i have used dis same Africard on Aliexpress some weeks ago and it worked perfectly.

For some days now I have been having an issue with Aliexpress. This last weekend I tried to purchase an item but to my suprise I was unable to pay for it. I tried making payment with my UBA Africard but it was giving me this error : Sorry, your
payment was not successful! No money has been deducted. Reason:
Secure check failed.
What baffles me is that i have used this card to buy on Aliexpress about 2 weeks ago. If anyone has a solution please kindly share. I would also like to know any other alternative cards that can be used on Aliexpress

arbitrage: May be you should check what error message you are getting on Aliexpress because if your vbv is truly successful, there should be no problem using your card on Aliexpress, since you have been using it there before the vbv process. More so, the vbv code/password will only be required from you when you are buying from a site that subcribes to Verified by Visa and/or Mastercard Secure Code program. Any other site (that is not part of vbv) should go successfully without using vbv.
