A very busy remote executive is in need of a smart graduate to assist with some tasks daily. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to learn fast and be highly tech savvy.

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements

Requirements:
• Must be a very fast learner
• Willing to learn and follow instructions to the letter
• Must pay very high attention to details
• Must be very proficient with both written and spoken English
• Must be willing to work for from 8am-4 pm
• Must have the ability to figure out things on their own. (VERY IMPORTANT)
• Must be fast and accurate
• Must have an “I will figure it out” attitude and not an “I don’t know” attitude.
• Must be consistent, reliable, and punctual.

Responsibilities
Data Entry
WordPress Blog Posting
Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
Light Proofreading
Error Checking
Internet Research

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistic
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Training will be provided for all tasks but you need to be smart and a very fast learner.

Assessments will be done online.

Pay: 50,000NGN Monthly (for the first few months)
