I understood the perspecting @ which you are looking at the subject matter. The only way that I think Religion and God can be put together is to modify the flaws in the religious books, which is not possible. If we continue to see religious books as fallible, it means that God is not perfect. If science is taken as being perfect and there have not been modifications to the known theories, do you think that science would still stand? Of course No. The case of Dolton's Atomic theorie that were modified by the mothern scientists tell a lot about science. To me religion was invented by man during stone age, same way science was invented by man as a result of curosity. Now, what do you suggest as regards God and religion?

I cannot say that religion should be trashed, I am only saying that religion should be separated from God. Because, if we believe that God is fallible and we are still attaching Religion with God, it takes otherwise about God. If religion is separated from God, athesism cannot strive. We all know that there are flaws in Religion and even in science. The only thing that makes science better is that it is ever changing (modifications here and there) unlike religion that cannot be modified despites all the flaws in it. I think it's impossible to seperate religion from God.
Both entities are dependent of each other, there like Nigeria and corruption.
You take away one, the other becomes useless.
