Fat chicks are nicer, friendlier, lovelier, more adorable and far more admirable than regular chicks. Even in bed they are usually better. Walahi I have no qualms with fat chicks. Focussing on the form and forgetting the substance is the reason most guys go for slim girls who become annoying orobo after marriage. So why not start enjoying an orobo babe early on who then is likely to behave better than the slim chick. Since I was a child I've always had the best in behaviours from fat chicks.

As a legal practitioner I'll tell you this. The suit will fail. The rules guiding this sort of suit will focus more on whether any harm has happened to you as a result and whatever loss you have suffered.
As it is, you are only entitled to a refund or a replacement.
If you drank it and it then caused you harm all you would then need do would be to prove that drinking it caused you harm.

Pitying a policeman is hard for me to do. They are some of the worst set of Nigerians. The curse Nigerians(poor, old, helpless) heap on them will always follow them. I hear no good thing about them. One evil befalls them after the other. You need to go to a police station and see how they literally Rob the helpless. They make money from people's tears and sorrow, you can never have peace and joy if you profit from other people's sadness. I can never help a policeman!
