djunit1,u sure about that cos the earlier response i got on this issue kinda scared me so am looking at other options though using my statement of account(s) would have been more convenient for me, please others should let me know what they think on this,abeg.thanks.

its me again o, am in the processing of applying to some schools in the us presently but had to put that on hold until i get accurate information on this,
my sponsor is my uncle, he's in the us BUT I've got some reasonable sum of money in my savings accounts and my domiciliary account,thanks to him, do i put myself as my sponsor since i seem to have enough funds in my account or do i state he's my sponsor, a school asked to see my sponsor's statement of account, am not sure if i can get that so to avoid all that is it wise for me to send them my statement of account(s),
i'm in my early twenties if that makes it easier, any and all response will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

vandops,am aware of that.my plan is to go for the 4 year program, its just being a little stressful searching and getting schools that require just TOEFL and not SAT or ACT, i intend going for fall and can just write toefl cos of the time frame, hopefully,I'll see something i can work with, thanks,

am hoping i'll get help and useful info here as others have gotten in the past, am planning to go to the uk in april for my cousin's wedding, its the first saturday of may, on the home office website,it was stated that you show a letter from your school or something to that effect, the thing is am still seeking admission, the admission thingy is still in the works and on my passport,i indicated that am a student, since am not yet in school,how do i go about it?, will it affect my chances of getting the visa?,

sorry,not writing SAT, the time frame is short.

they require a TEAS score, i don't have time to write exams which is the reason am writing SAT and having a tough time getting schools that accepts just toefl, the ISU has potential though the website was a bit contradictory sha, the deadline for internationalstudents for fall is june 1, for spring nov 1, on another page,it stated that prospective nursing students should submit their applications and all by september 2010, that page was last updatedthat september last year though, should i ignore that and just follow the deadlinegiven to int'l students?, thanks for your time,

good job guys, been following this thread for a while now and am impressed by the positive response people have gotten on here, am tring to apply to schools in the us for nursing and its been a little difficult, most schools require registered nurses(RN), anybody know how i can get in for BSN direct?, i intend going for fall 2011 and intend to write toefl, can anyone guide me through?, useful websites will be appreciated too, thganks,
