Mary j for their throbbing pain,
Heroine up their wrinkled veins,
Every dime tossed down the drain,
As they crawl to catch the gypsy train,

Soaring gaily into their chosen realm,
Wild; asleep in a lucid dream,
Distorted thoughts a brain running slow,
They worry more; as the high gets low,

How many pills more ; will drive the shame away,
A budding mind tends to go astray,
Codeine vibes an iota of groove,
A raging sea but a place to snooze,

Wading out thoughts and apparitions,
A travelling circus of our own creation,
"The herb heals" we choose to say,
Sentiments of a few minds; it's chosen not to slay....

*A bird song*

Chirp chirp; they all sang,
Fluttering their hazel purple wings,
Let's gather some thatch and sticks,
The nest needs repairs,
No no! our youngs need to feed,
Let's gather some worms instead,
Chirp chirp; they all sang,
As they flew away in twos...

The twist in everything,
Flares my believe in nothing,
Truth, like daisies on a bed of stone
Fuels my grim air and undying scorn...


A drop of honey,
Chronicles tales of a lost hive,
Like the joy of motherhood,
Peruse the pains never told...

A promise of eternity,
Leverages a life never lived,
Prophesies of freedom,
Prisoners of a promised kingdom.......
