I had tooth aches as well since 2016z The 1st 2 years was extremely terrible but I was advised not to remove it to avoid infections spreading to other parts of the remaining tooth. I used different toothpaste it didn’t work. I had to switch to warm water and salt every single day and I’m still using it till now. I have a whole in my tooth and smell comes out from there in the morning before brushing. The � doesn’t pain me anymore except when there are particles of food inside the hole. I’ll advise you try the warm water and salt every morning and night. It worked for me it might work for you too.

This is how I chased the shit away.

Augmentin IV: 1 ampoule morning and night
Athrotec tab: 1 tab morning and night
NCP mouth wash: rinse ur mouth 3 times day.

After 3 days, u will be relieved.

Don't delay repair or remove the broken tooth. I've had my fair share of dental issues too.
Like a wisdom tooth that rotted away during ebola crisis because I was too scared to see a dentist at such time.

A year later, the tooth grew back ! About 60% of it. Your teeth are in proximity to your brain so please take tooth issue seriously
