It's only myopic APC goons that will declare Rochas was good for Imo state and used its funds (ie- the pathetic IGR his admin' was collecting; all the billions he took as loans; federal allocation; and 13% derivation) judiciously and prudently! Dude is a fraud, and just used APGA and a holier-than-thou mien to deceive NdiImo into voting for him the first time around!

What you claim to be 'doing worse' was just Ihedioha trying to bring sanity and order back to governance in the state!

If Imo is not careful, they would be heading down the same route Abia took since 1999! As Abia has shown us, a state can withstand visionless governance and raiding the states coffers only for so long, before they eventually buckle and collapse under the weight of misgovenance!
