Many persons have been feared dead after a 40 feet container fell on cars at Cele bus top on the Oshodi Apapa expressway, Lagos, today December 22.

Photos obstained by HGS Media Plus show's the damaged cars following the unfortunate incident.

Over twelve persons including women and children have been killed in an unprovoked attack by suspected fulani herdsmen in Benue community.

The attack took place on Monday, April 11 at about 11pm in Tiortyu community in Tarka Local Government Area of Benue State.

Twelve persons have been confirmed dead while others who sustained gun shot injuries are being treated at the NKST Christian Hospital in Uchi.

In provocation, the Makurdi-Gboko-Calabar road has been blocked with bodies of the victims by angry youths.

One Moses Isikilu, a suspected armed robber was caught and arrested by the Ogun State police command.

The suspect was arrested on Friday, April 8 at Joju area of Sango ota following a distress call from residents that robbers were invading their street, (Adebeshi) off Joju road.

Policemen led by the DPO, SP Saleh Dahiru, quickly moved to the scene upon receiving the call.

However, the robbers ran immediately they sighted the police. After a hot chase, the said Moses Isikilu was arrested.

One locally made gun and two mobile phones were recovered from the suspect.

Richard Griffiths was born on 31 July 1947 and died on 28 March 2013 at the age of 65 at following complications after a heart surgery.

Helen McCRORY is an English actress. She played the role of Narcissa Malfoy, wife of Lucius Malfoy in the award winning Harry Potter.

Helen McCRORY appeared in movies like The Queen in 2006, The Special Relationship in 2010, Charlotte Gray in 2001, Harry Potter in 2009, 2010 and 2011 and many others.

Helen McCRORY was born on 17, August, 1968 and died of breast cancer at her home on 16, April, 2021 at the age of 52.

A disturbing video has been shared online showing the moment a Kenyan man assaulted his wife, one Mary Muthoni and then threw his 4-month-old baby to a sofa where his died instantly.

The suspect identified as Mark Njuguna, aged 23 was arrested over the killing of his 4-month-old child in their apartment in Gatanga Murang’a ,Kenyan.

Deadbodies deposited into a General Hopital mortuary in Onitsha were reportedly burnt to ashes in a fire that gutted the mortuary on Friday afternoon. HGS Media Plus reports.

The cause of the fire is still stekchy as at press time, but an eyewitness said the fire was as a resulted of a nearby burning bush that spread into the mortuary.

Three notorious kidnappers has been killed by Troops of Operation Safe Haven in Plateau State.

HGS Media Plus reports that the suspects were neutralized in Gyero area of the state following an intelligent report. The suspects were tracked down by the troops in their hiding place and on sighting them, the kidnappers over fire on the troops.

At least three persons have reportedly sustained severe burns after a mini gas station exploded today in Ogini road, near an MTN office in oghara, Delta State.

A woman has been left with a bleeding eye after she was allegedly assaulted by an official of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA in Lagos.

The yet to be identified lady is seen in some photos that shows blood pouring down from her eye which caused a red patch.

A friend of the victim shared the photos via twitter and the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA responded via their official Twitter handle.

One Nnoruoka Onyeokwu, a 65-year-old man has been found dead with his head decapitated from his body by unknown assailants in Ubudom Atta community in Njaba Local Government Area of Imo state.

According to report, the head of the deceased was displayed in a primary school in the community for residents to witness. It was said that the deceased was attacked and killed inside his house at night while everyone was asleep.

As at the time of this report, the state police command is yet to issue any statement.

A female pant was found in the possession of some suspected cultists along with various items after being arrested by the Delta State Police Command.

Five persons have been abducted by unknown gunmen and the driver killed at Onigaari on Ibadan-Lagos Expressway.

The incident happened on Friday night, January 7.

It was gathered that the gunmen attacked an eight-seater sienna bus with registration number MUS 493 HH conveying six passengers in Ibadan en-route Lagos and started shooting sporadically to scare other motorists and as a result shot the driver, one Oluwatosin Aruwajoye who was trying to escape the attack.

Five passengers were abducted by the gunmen while sixth person was shot on his knee. The injured passenger was however taken to an undisclosed hospital for medical attention.

Two drug dealer suspects has been arrested by the Delta State Police command.

The victim was said to have died on Friday December 24, at about 3pm at the Minna General Hospital where she was receiving treatment for burn injuries.

A lady has been arrested by the Imo State police command for allegedly kidnapping and killing of one Chief Precious Okoli, a 75-yea-old man in Imo State.

The suspect identified as Mrs Oluchi Alozie was arrested alongside her gang members, one Agubata Maxwell and Joel Chimezie on Sunday, December 12 in Orlu Local Government Area of Imo State.

The lady was said to have carried out the act with her gang members and her husband, one Onyekachi Alozie who took to his heels after sighting the police.

Confirming the arrest, the Imo state Commissioner of Police, Rabiu Hussaini said three pump action guns and seven live cartridges were recovered from the couple and their gang members.

Hussaini said;

“Following a kidnap incident in Orlu on December 8, of one Chief Okoli Precious, aged 75, and was reported on December 11, by his son, one Fabian Ubochi, where it was suspected that he had been murdered by his abductors.

“Sequel to the report, the command’s Anti-Kidnapping Unit through technical analysis of intelligence, were able to identify, locate and arrest one Agubata Maxwell, Joel Chimezie and the victim’s ash-coloured vehicle was recovered from him where he took it to a motor spray painter’s Workshop to changed the color of the vehicle.

“On interrogation he made Confessional Statement revealing how they kidnapped the victim and led the Police detectives to the house of his accomplice. On arrival at the house of the suspect, one Onyekachi Alozie on sighting the Police, jumped down from a story-building and took to his heel thus, his wife, Oluchi Alozie, was arrested and taken to the Police station.

“On interrogation, she confessed to have featured prominently in lots of kidnapping incidents carried out by her husband and his syndicate. She further revealed that it was the husband, Onyekachi Alozie, who hatched the plan with his gang members to use her, to lure the victim out of his house to a lonely place where he was kidnapped.

“It may interest you to know that Agubata Maxwell, Joel Chimezie and Onyeka Alozie met themselves in the Nigerian Correctional Service, Owerri, Imo State, where they were standing trials on criminal charges ranging from armed robbery, Kidnapping and Human trafficking, before 5th April 2021 jailbreak where they escaped, regrouped and formed a new syndicate of kidnapping and armed robbery gang.

“Again, in the course of our investigation, it was revealed that Oluchi Alozie was having an affair with the kidnapped victim, Chief Precious Okoli, and her husband, Onyekachi Alozie was aware and used her to lure him to her residence at Nkume in Njaba LGA of Imo State, and later they moved to a lonely road, where her husband and his gang members came out of the bush and kidnapped him at gunpoint and zoomed off in his car to an unknown destination.”
