yeah sometimes it's quite easy to predict the direction of the market but getting the best entry(very low stop loss) takes guessing/gambling out of the game.
right now i am in good profit with GU and Chf/jpy, because i manage re-entry, gold is ranging like a blind bull but my bias is still downward direction, so i am babysitting it.

You are quite right, everything in Lekki is somehow over-priced if you keep going to most places in Lekki designed for the rich in Lekki.

So island can be quite pricey.

I refuse to move to lekki despite the fact i can afford it ...i didnt want to be subconsiously drag into catching up with the jones symdrome....once am in the mainland i dont notice my car but if i enter lekki wahala dont start...i start wondering oga wetin u dey do with this honda 2013 when u mates!!!!! They drive benz 2019 and range ....so after staying for 3 months i had to move ...i didnt want to be paying 700 naira to wash 1 shirt in a lundary 2000 to barb ....now i pay 400 to barb and 150 per shit home delivery

in 2004 when i bought a land to build , i wanted to have 4 units of 3 bedroom on 3 floors with same entrance for tenants while used 1 ..i was doing this style cos my funds where limited and to generate income (incase source dry up) my Neigbour ( local govt accountant) was building a 6 bedroom duplex with palm trees ....12 years after he was removed from the postion ( no more pay table ) while i having collected around 10m in rents in a decade...we became close and he told me he could have built 8 units of 2 bedroom in 2004 instead of marbled mansions (he cant manage)
