(Electrical, Mechanical and Automation) Can you also confirm from the other people whether they also studied Electrical to confirm the theory? Also I just saw that the supplementary test is behavioral, personality and situational judgement tests. 1 of them did mech i dont know of the others |

Sahmytee001: Some people wrote another test asides the technical test? Nope the technical was the last thing we did last 2 weeks before a got a mail L yesterday for supplementary maybe I kinda passed the technical & Swift test quite well not to sure but very few people got the supplementary mail |

TechPEE: The message may not be for you. Regarding the technical assessment, it was purely on the fundamental skills requirement of the role you applied for. I think it was about 40 questions if I'm not mistaking. Purely technical/role-based skills. They are not academic questions. Good morning all, please I don’t know if anyone have an idea about supplementary test by Saville for total energies RECUITMENT for the maintenance 1-3 years experience the one advertised last year September 2025 so we did swift test February 2026 and technical test last 2 weeks but quite a few number of us probably like 3 people messaged me they got the supplementary What do you guys think they mean or what should I expect for the supplementary assessment if it’s another assessment or interview in a way |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by Higherupgrade: 1:15pm On Apr 03 |
A lot of factors could play out in a recruitment process; it could either be longer or shorter. If you noticed for those who did the second batch of the test in January, the result for second stage came out 2 weeks after second stage test for all of us, which means SHL automatically grades after each individual test, but your ranking depends on all candidates, and after the first batch in december, NLNG can decide to send next stage in 2 weeks if they wanted to or even 1 week; it's just that they have there pattern of their recruitment, which they probably always want to stick to Abduleeda1: May 26th should be the day we receive our offer letters if we’re to follow the same number of days between application deadline and receipt of offer letter for the 22/23 set, because that process lasted for 239 days (22nd November 2022 - 19th July 2023).
We’re currently 186 days into this campaign, on the 186th day they were already done with the AC for the Abuja folks and were doing that of Lagos.

Unfortunately, I can only respond based on information already in the public domain, particularly where you may not be aware of certain facts or may have been given inaccurate information. If you read my post again in that context, you may better understand the point being made. No problem, Vahonohai. My bad, I was seeing from another view, but all good. Thanks. |

I too had some reservations about some of the dollar part you mentioned but I’m not really one to “drag” those little things. Per diem may have been paid in FX when on training abroad, but salaries and all other emoluments are definitely in NGN. As simple as ABC I didn’t brush his/her comment I only said what’s your claim on what you said simple I knew he told me they where times they paid in dollars either he meant the equivalent to naira I can’t remember and am less interested I can’t be worrying and asking in details about someone else’s money that’s not entering my account At least you got the point and u explained if the EX has say ok this is actually how it is then better not saying otherwise |

When I literally heard it from the source directly, not 1 or 2 of them, what the person would have asked is, "What year did he enter?" rather than to say it's not true. Well, that's the limit I can go; everyone is entitled to his/her opinion. What's most important now is what's ahead, AC. |

After we finished ours in December, funny how d guy posted it on LinkedIn saw the mail sent to the second batch (those who wrote in the first/second week of January) stating that the process was reviewed to give more people a chance to take part in the assessment. Then on January 30, another mail was sent for the second test about 2 weeks after the second batch finished. The real impact of business needs, Job requirement and individual qualifications comes in after the AC we can’t say if it’ll be used for AC invite aside the normal pass grade but that’s beyond us to control. For now, we’ll just hope for the AC invite to give in our best and hoping the business need favors a lot of us numerically Yamskii: All we see and hear is that recruitment is based on job need. So hypothetically that could mean more people. At the same time, we are all speculating. We can only be hopeful that more people will be recruited. Just my opinion though.

The NLNG Trainee 103 induction is part of their VIBES empowerment programme, which is focused on entrepreneurship and community development. It’s essentially a CSR initiative and is separate from our Graduate Trainee recruitment process so no panic its not the first time theyre doing it. Airko: I got this notification a few minutes ago. My eyes first saw NLNG and translated the Google as Gmail.

EazyH: Does this apply to engineering candidates only? What about business candidates who had such JFAs too? Like I said, it's not about the course but just aligning your JFA to NLNG values, so irrespective of the course you studied so long the answers you picked are consistent and it aligns, then you're fine for the JFA. But at this stage the deed has been done, so we just prayerfully hope for the AC stage. For me the mail is the trigger for preparation; when it drops, I start. At least they give a week's notice for AC |

Valuable insights have been shared in previous pages just take out time to read tru everything AC mail should drop either this month end or early April |

JobsLever: What Does Receiving a Badge Really Mean?
If you received a badge on the SHL platform, that’s generally a good sign. It usually means you performed strongly in that particular assessment.
Badges are awarded when you:
Score above a set benchmark
Show strong ability in a specific skill area
Perform better than many other candidates (high percentile ranking)
In simple terms, it suggests you demonstrated:
Solid analytical and monitoring skills
Good decision-making in process-based situations
A competitive performance compared to others who took the test
That said, it’s important to keep expectations balanced.
A badge does not automatically mean you’ve been selected for the job. It simply means you did well in that specific part of the assessment.
Does Everyone Get a Badge?
No, not everyone receives one.
Badges are usually given only to candidates who meet or exceed a certain performance threshold. So if you got one, it means you stood out in that area.
What Happens After That?
Once the SHL assessment is completed, the employer looks at the full picture, not just one badge.
They may consider:
Your overall test performance
Other assessment results
Your CV and qualifications
Behavioral or personality evaluations
Interview performance
So while a badge is definitely a positive sign and something to feel good about, moving to the next stage depends on the employer’s entire evaluation process.
In short: it’s encouraging, but it’s not the final decision. Oga, you're just using AI to generate write-ups. The badge only comes during the practice. Simulation: Once you repeat the process based on the explanation in each of the sessions (provided you do it well), it’ll just tell you congrats, and you move to the next segment. That one doesn’t mean anything; what matters is the main simulation You’ll earn the badge in the practice session once u follow the instructions. I think it was like 5 badges or so. But after the main simulation, you won’t any badge upon the time elapsing; it’ll just show your congratulations, you’re done with your test, and you get your confirmation mail. That's all. |

If the options are safety, teamwork, and customer focus and you pick customer focus as least preferred, it doesn’t mean you don’t care about customers. It just means that in that specific scenario, the other two felt more critical. All in all we pray and hope for positive feedback ending of this month/ early april Stargurl20: And the ones one didn't choose( least preferred), does it they take it as though it doesn't apply to one at all? |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by Higherupgrade: 4:36pm On Mar 02 |
it actually does The first two options you pick usually reflect your strongest behavioural preferences (like safety, teamwork, leadership, continuous improvement), while the one you leave out is your least preferred in that scenario. As an engineering candidate, I leaned more towards safety, teamwork, leadership, and upskilling because they align with my strengths. But I don’t think it’s strictly graded by course it’s more about consistency and how well your choices align with the company’s values overall. Stargurl20: I do. Do you think it implies anything? |

On a scale of 1-10, you're a 10 in thoroughness and I'm like a 6 or 7. who also noticed that during the JFA you must selected 2 options BEST THAT DESCRIBES YOU & NEXT BEST OPTION before it proceed to the next number |
