It actually is movable — @obezaleel not quite right on this one. Two ways depending on your case:

1. Staying on Residential: just update your service address in the Starlink app to the new Abia location. It's free and the dish works fine there — the only catch is the new area needs capacity (Abia should be okay; it's mainly the congested Lagos/Abuja zones that are locked right now). What you shouldn't do is physically move it without updating the address — Starlink detects that and can throttle you or push you onto Roam.
2. If you'll be moving around often (PH, Abia, back and forth): the Roam plan is built exactly for that — follows you anywhere in Nigeria, no capacity wait. Costs a bit more than Residential though.
So yes, PH → Abia is fine — just change the address in the app first, or go Roam if it's a regular thing.

Add 2 bags of cement to half 1 axle of good red sand, it should be mixed properly by a good block moulder, allow the blocks to dry for one week, use a hammer to test it's strength ( this can be done during dry season)
If you have access to red clay (same method ) you got yourself a bullet proof blocks
