Only Jehovah's Witnesses can answer this but i will wait for Church people to come and use the Bible to explain why men don't wear caps during sacred service to God.

There's no strict directions in the holy Bible that men should not wear cap whether traditional or western in the church or in christain congregation or gathering.

But there is an exception in the Bible directed by the holy Spirit at,

1st Corinthians chapter 11:4 states " Every man who prays or prophesies with something on his head shames or dishonors his head" . But that's a reverse for woman in verse 5.

To explain in layman's knowledge, any man taking a lead in worship to God in the Church for example officiating in any capacity should not wear a cap or any head covering, this does not apply to all men there. ( For example in some commercial buses, where some sellers of manner of items, who wants to start his sales pitch with prayer, usually say any man wearing a cap or head covering should remove it, women should cover their head) It's anti scriptural he don't have the authority to say so.
Men not wearing a cap in churches today has become a norm clearly not condemned in the Bible, where in some churches priests and pastors wear skull cap, base ball caps or some sort of heading covering when the are officiating, even when praying quite opposite to 1st Corinthians 11:4.
To explain with picture of Davido, he committed no sin wearing his cap, but if Davido was called upon to pray, to read a portion of the scriptures or to exult attendees in the church, he must as a matter of biblical direction remove his cap.
Please I am not a grammarian, any sentence structure not fitting is my mistake, that you should correct for your own proper understanding

Request for it through motor licensing official who helped you, in your obtaining the your new documents.
Though not necessary if you know the owner, but if you bought it from car sales stand , you must do it.

Subject the vehicle to Police verification, motor vehicle licensing official can with a little fee, to confirm former owners, and a proof of ownership which invalidate the former owner right to the vehicle, motor license bearing your name, address and the particulars of the vehicle, proper third party insurance, and proper driver's license check vehicle color if it same as the car you bought at nvis.frsc.gov.ng whatever color therein can be changed by duly documented Court affidavit. These cost money.

The hype of obtaining or changing a vehicle plate number especially a bought used cars ain't necessary.
There are documents obtained that can remove or obliterate the former owner right to his or her sold car and the buyer still retain and use the old plate number.
Be mindful of processing your documents from Motor licensing authority, not through touts.

Stay with running your non inverter AC during noon day hours. I have contributed to this thread earlier, most so called inverter AC are labels and market gimmick, some sellers even in big stores ain't knowledgeable on what they are selling.
Inverter AC must come with R32 refrigerant, low watts rating.

Don't ruin your good investment.

( How many 200ahs 12v deep cycle batteries are their in 15kwh) Google it. The difference is their discharge rate

Get an inverter capable of running without the battery bank during noon hour periods, increase your solar panels array if you have an existing one.
If you re starting afresh embark on buying 500watts or 550watts mono panels.
For example a 500w panel under normal condition will generate at least 5kwh per day, or 0.50kwh. ( if properly installed, not just fixing solar panels on the roof)

You may need not to buy less than 10
Your 15kwh lithium battery can be charged with a 6kwh ( I don't say KVA) smart hybrid inverter having maximum 7000w power.
