THE BANKs NEEDS TO BE CHECKED!

How come the Banking Industry is the biggest and most profitable, yet over 75% of their workforce is contract staff.
I wonder why the Senate is not probing this. the use of contract staff started during the global crisis and since then the banking sector became high on cheap labour. They declare big gains but slave young hardworking youths in the name of contract staff. Some spend 10 years in contract staff with rubbish salary yet no protection by the system. Labour Union is silent, Governemnt is silent. They are all in bed with eachother.
over 80% of people i knew in the bank 3-4 years ago have japa finish. we losing the best minds and even if na care or cleaning job they see abroad so far it comes with Dignity and Pay that reflects reality then nothing can stop Japa.

The Senate and the Legistlator should wake up we are losing our best brains.!!

Obi got over 90% in the SE when a state is doing over 95% yet other region that supported their people was bullied and tagged Tribalist. Make this make sense Pls. If 90% of every region did that there would be no election.
There were videos where people were being banished in a community cos they voted other party. A whole community descended on a man because they caught him voting other party that was why they were able to pull those number but all its all good becuae it is PO. People are wiser now.

The Igbos have better people for presidency than Obi. I have seen many Igbos in my life. They are smart, outspoken and relentless but Obi is opposite.I admit we want their contribution at the center. 1. The criterion for presidency is laughable tbh if Buhari could become a president then anybody could be a president but talking of competence Soludo haven’t been a CBN governor and I have watched him so many times same with Umahi.. I like thier can do attitude. Politics aside this 2 in my opinion carries the spirit of Igbo but we play politics a lot.

2. Politics is a game of interest and diverse one at that. Despite me speaking for myself, I know some people share same opinion so those are the we.

3. I said I want Igbo at the center not just contributing. They are the only major tribe yet to be at the center. Every tribe has thier uniqueness and so thier drive, resilience might be what’s lacking. I support an Igbo presidency all day.

4. The contribution I was talking about in a simple language is a competent Igbo man calling the shots not Yes Daddy type of thing. A stubborn yet industrious like the 2 names I mentioned.

5. Tinubu is smart to me. If he was not how was he able to be a president against all odds? It’s a show of smartness
