Anything other than a atiku and obi combo is risky and prolly going to fail and that is what tinubu wants exactly, reason why his supporters are for peter obi to be on the ballot by all means
It is a good move from the Tinubu camp. Separate Obi and Atiku at all cost

Lol. My brother no be mumuism, na just wishful thinking and that is allowed. It's a joke if some people think obi will win Lagos and ABJ again. He has lost more than 50% of his voting bloc outside SE. Even in the SE now, there's a strong motivation to split vote with him. He may or will win the SE blocs surely but it won't be by a huge margin like the last election. As it is, just let people enjoy their wishful thinking. It keeps gives them hope. Ironically, Tinubu is the renewed Hope

Kano and crowd are like rice and stew.
If these two can come together, Tinubu will be in trouble

El Rufia on the other hand was sent by Tinubu to decieve Obi.
It will only be an issue on the premise that Obi can win the number of votes he won during the last election which seems unlikely at the moment. Kwankwaso votes was barely 1.3 million but he won that state in a landslide. On the other hand Tinubu and APC has been busy in putting structures in place to grab more states than they did during the last election. It is an interesting coalition but of less significant compared to a solid Obi/Atiku coalition. All the same, it's all politics and we shall see as it unfolds. It's enough to pay attention to but not enough to cause a major disturbance to Tinubu's bloc
Foreign AffairsRe: State Of Emergency Declared As Iranian Missile Hits Arad In Southern Israel by Hightablevoice2: 4:56pm On Mar 22
Saint99:
Some people celebrate an impact on building without a fatality or a near miss firing at F 35 jet. The world knows who is winning or losing.
That is the illusion of winning. Iran has 31 provincial military command centres scattered all over iran and each one with their own stock piles of munitions, bunkers, leadership, personnels and pre-authorized orders should in case the central power is no longer available or functioning in full capacity .. and all operates independently from each other, each with their own pre authorized targets and orders

Contrary to popular belief Isreal and US are not fighting just one army, they are fighting 31 Armies with different pre-authorized orders should in case situation like this happen. Are you aware, Hamas leadership, a paramilitary resistance arm pleading with Iran to ease with the strikes on their gulf neighbors? Iran's response was, it is currently out of their hands as there's no central power to issue a ceasefire order. There is no off switch to what Iran got going on at the moment. Decapitating their central power has been the biggest mistake US has made so far in this war. The pre authorized orders was inherently simple, once central leadership is gone, proceed in brutal retaliatory action towards these targets and do not stop under no circumstances until a solid central leadership is reestablished. So it doesn't matter how many Iranians military commanders are killed, the order stays the same. It is the system. The US knows this now. That's why Wig A.K.A Trump most of all was caught by surprise as to why Iran is still fighting even after demolishing their central leadership.

A lot of people are not understanding that Iran has studied US for a very long time and their contingency plans is based on exactly how the US will attack them, they knew what to expect and were very much prepared for that. Technically Iran is not wary of Isreal, it has always been the technologically backings of the US they have always been wary of. The moment the plan to weaken the US a little bit in the region was well established, they knew it was only a matter of time before Isreal drags America like a lap dog into attacking them, but the long term goal was to control the region and the only way they can do that is to draw the US out of their false invisibility as the world untouchable.
China, Russia, NK, Istanbul, Qatar are all behind Iran's plan to weaken the US world domination and their hegemony in the gulf countries. If they achieve this, their job is done. China is gearing towards a US aggression with Taiwan and it's a only matter of time now. And if they can reduce the US fighting power by just a fraction, it is enough and so far Iran is exposing a major defect is US oversea defense system.

Iran is loosing this war big time in the short term but in the long term US is finished which is the long term goal. Even the Israelis knows this which is they want to establish themselves as a dominant force in the middle east for when US might starts deteriorating they will be at least on a major defensive side as a nuclear power in that region. There is a reason previous US presidents refused to attack Iran directly not because US can't wipe Iran off, but because the consequences are far dire than the rewards. Iran threw a hail Mary, and Wig (Trump) caught it with all openess. The only play left for Trump is Cuba, but he won't leave isreal amidst all this just like that, even though he has already set his eyes on his exit strategy and that is Cuba. And if you know Wig, he is not that committed to anything that can't give him short gratification. Whomever the next POTUS will be, will be the one to sort out the mess he has already created in the world and most of all with the rest of the US Allies.
Don't let that photo be a false proof that Isreal is winning, they like any other nation are only trying to position themselves in the new world order using the present mightiest nation as the bridge to climb into that new world.

My interpretation of my comment is my personal opinion first of all. And second, unlike you, I am not a complainer like a lot of you guys and certainly not delusional to the point of not understanding the country has a problem. Part of that problem didn't start today and mostly likely there will still be unforseen ones.
That said, there are still some of us who find ways to navigate the murky waters, my comment and rhetoric is based on what will likely make that water even more murkier, however it doesn't mean there won't be ways to stare it, informed people follow a simple mantra, with a will, there's always a way. The more information you have at hand, the more ammos you have in your arsenal.
Don't dwell on complains, instead recognize a collective problem and see how much it affects you personally and what you can do for yourself instead of laying every blame on government. Inside the same Nigeria, numerous Nigerians still find ways to prosperity. Nigeria is a tough jungle and if you are naive enough to think it will just turn into a developed country overnight, I will suggest you just give up because I don't know the delusional world you are living in. You can either continuously bitting your tongue, filling your head and mind with every possible ways to complain and get agitated or you can strap up like a man and understand what part of the world you are from

They plan to develop their railway network. While Ours is the seaport.

Interesting...how these have to do with extraction
I thought I was the only one seeing it that way too. They need to repair the ports for faster transportation of whatever it is Pres. Tinubu has agreed for them to come extract again in Nigeria. It was obvious the whole fan fare wasn't just for acknowledgement and now we've gotten the full gist of it. Thanks Tinubu. He has sold Nigerians into another 30 years of unseen slavery.

Xbobtage:
for those who don't understand what is really happening, and why the UK royals and government are now frolicking with tinubu all of a sudden. The Answer is the war in Iran. Tinubu has been pleading for this type of visit since he became president and all he got was a finger before now. But the war in Iran has pushed nigeria high up the importance list. Obviously the brits are of a consensus that gulf countries and their ability to maintain their oil and gas supply will be in jeopardy for the long haul, so to cement their orders from nigeria, they quickly remembered tinubus long time request and here we are.

What this also means is that these people will not allow tinubu to lose the election next year, as they would prefer stability/continuity given the current circumstances. So any high hopes on fair election or euro intervention for fair election is down the drain. Other leaders of other world power nations will come knocking soon as well, to guarantee oil and gas supply, while they all work tirelessly in their countries to become fully independent from hydrocarbon energy sources.

What does this mean for the nigerian populace? More Suffering. Obviously Tinubu is very corrupt man, who's primary interest in governance is to steal as much resources as possible to build that eko atlantic city...nothing else. he has no desire or dreams to see this country succeed. He cannot genuinely fight the corruption that is crippling our military and paramilitary institutions because he himself is VERY VERY CORRUPT.

So expect the continued collapse of the nigerian state, and dehumanization of the nigerian people, and hopelessness in governance to remain. Kidnapping as an industry will keep booming, while religious fanatic terrorism will continue to progress and find in roads south of nigeria, poverty and desperation and abject hopelessness is what is driving the recruitment of young kids in the north, middle belt and now southwest, they honestly left with no option,

You can't help but feel sorry for every nigerian who " Nigeria is happening to", there is no hope in sight guys. God help us all!
Makes sense with the oil deal and eko Atlantic. So he is being romanced in selling Nigeria for the purpose of his own personal gain. If that's what happening over there, Nigeria is gone because that's a deal Tinubu will never reject.
PoliticsRe: State Banquet For President Tinubu In The UK (Photos & Video) by Hightablevoice2: 5:08am On Mar 19
I'd trust UK than I will trust the USA, even though both of them are just two sides of the same coin.
What I don't seem to get is what the purpose of this whole theatricality and fan fare is all about as this isn't the first time this man is visiting the UK. If it's for acknowledging Nigeria more than they have been doing for all this years, I am all for that. But what they want in return is the obscurity here.

I hope this man isn't been set up to sell the country's future and future generation in between fan fare and state dinner, the same way they bought previous generations with mirrors, whiskeys and gun powders.

There is a deliberate impoverishing of Nigerians and weaponization of their plights and hardship for political gain.

This is next level, the type seen in cults where people are stripped of their possessions, and made to be dependent on the group.

N500 billion budgeted for only Imams for reelection, yet 62% of Nigerians are suffering extreme hardship

Please keep in mind, I am not asking because I am trying to troll you or anything, mainly from the point of respectful engagement to your comment, as it is going, very likely channels will be opening more and at some point we will have to have the discussions on what is possible and ways to get those messages across to the right people rather than hanging on to the tree of complaint almost all the time.
CelebritiesRe: What Really Happened Between Crayon And Mavin Records? ( Video Explained) by Hightablevoice2:
Generally the way labels contracts are set up has never been for the benefit of the artist. Labels spend a lot of money to break out an artist. I watched a don jazzy interview where he stated he spends nothing less than 100 million naira on a new artist to even break him or her for recognition purposes. I can't quite remember the actual figure but surely it's in the hundreds of millions to blow up an artist.

Besides the normal aspect of the music production, there's a lot more involved that these labels most of the time have to pay for and most of the times it doesn't even work out well.
Radio interviews alone cost money, radio play cost money, promo, lodging and feeding, transportation, booking shows, music videos, music video placements on major outlets, territorial exposure, even featuring other established artist.. all this cost money and it is generally from the label.

When an artist gets signed, you are given an advance for your next 3 albums on a 5 year contract most of the time. Subsequent profits will be split 70/30.. With the amount of money already invested to blow up the artist not fully recovered yet, he or she is still not accessible to that whole 30%, some of it goes into servicing the debt they incur in running the artist promos, catalogue building and general exposure. This is where most artist fall off. They release one or two hit tracks and expect to be driving a Ferrari as soon as possible.

You must have at least 3-5 major hit tracks including features in a calendar year, 60-80 shows, and a trendy album with 2 radio friendly songs and the art can sustain at least 25 minutes performance in shows before the label can even start recouping profits from his or her catalogue. An artist who is unable to build his catalogue as fast as possible with features so he can have his own shows and only subjected to 1 or 2 hit tracks is already limited and most of the time falls off and not only that, the profits from the 2 songs generally doesn't cover the bare minimum the label have invested in you and your projects..because after the first wave of recognition, the process is still continuous.

Even furthermore, at least some percentage of festival and carnival shows is also necessary and this too must be through the event organizers wanting or booking you the artist to be on that stage to begin with and not your label pushing you the artist to the organizers to include you in their roasters, as this is case most times, this also still cost the label money.. A general mistake is most artist simply assume because they are going to shows, labels gets paid all the time, sometimes it's the label that pays those show promoters to have their artist perform or be an opening art for some top artist.

And then there are Deejays, radio host, music video directors, bloggers, influencers, PR people, brand managers and content creators the label will constantly have to be sending incentive gifts to on behalf of the artists. In hindsight, labels are the ones taking the real risk. You know how to sing does not guarantee fame and that you have fame even does not guarantee you being a remittable artist.

When you put all this together with artist flying first class for shows they paid for so you too can be part of, to radio interviews they paid for, and all expense for the sake of an artist exposure and all that, it is overwhelming how much they spend. And why they can be cutthroat with how they manage and release funds will be understandable from this perspective.

However if by grace, you are able to leverage your work ethic and relationship wisely an artist stands a chance. But even at this, you have to be exceptionally relentless with constant hit records. That's why people like Tiwa, can easily transition away from their label without too many fracas. The music business is a cutthroat through and through business. Your label boss is not your friend, you are an employee in his organization and if you are not making enough profit, well any artist knows how that ends.

This has nothing to do with right infringement whatsoever on any bases. They both had an argument on the bases of public conduct. While Peller may have been vocal and the lady in question remains quiet is not ground enough for a legal case. Since when did it say in accordance to the law that expressing yourself vocally even outlandishly and insult is grounds for legal case. People insult each other on a daily basis, if that be the case everyone will be suing each other. Him posting himself has nothing whatsoever to do with the lady. He didn't post the lady. He posted himself, the video in question is his property, filmed on his own phone and the recording was for his own personal use.

Oga, grow up, Nairaland has been turned to a tri-bal and reli-gious bigotry platform, so if you cannot stand it, remove yourself from it as others have done.
You see that is where you are wrong. Your assumption of me as a tribal defender is not only false but sort of proves my point regarding the Nigerian education system ethos. You concluded out of your far fetched assumption that I must be Ibo to point out a derogatory statement towards someone whom I hold no affiliation with suggests to me you are the one being tribalistic here.

Let me clarify. I am Yoruba. Balls to Bones. I am not even your average Yoruba lagosian. Omo Ondo Paraku ni mi. I have nothing against the man Obi nor his ambitions even if I don't agree with him, a reasonable person knows how to critic on the bases of factual information rather than resorting to the ethics of character bashing, on something that doesn't even in any way has a relatable connection between two grounds. Man carry drug, Dem arrest, then Obi should focus on that instead of pursuing his own right as a citizen to contest for a presidential seat. Just sounds very mediocre to me and I reserve that opinion.

While NL these days seems to be more tribal centric, and even the nation and citizens at that, it is still the duty of the few reasonable ones remaining to make sure the state doesn't deteriorate further. So no, I'm not being tribalistic, simply pointing out an out of context and lack of indepth contribution of thought to public spaces by people who see every means as a way to blab about the most shallow part of their mind on others as an opinion base on illogical and irrational observations.

Lol all this charge and bail lawyers. Peller posted himself to his fans and the ordeals of his daily streaming. He didn't post your client. He posted himself and what he went through that day. Reputational, emotional, legal and cyberbullying compensation is what you are concentrating on when you can sift through ministry of works archives and find 10 unpaid contractors which is enough to open a litigation suit against the ministry of works of any state in Nigeria, get settlement for your client, make a killing at it, and further more enhance your very own reputation as a competent attorney. That's how Pa Ned made some of his Billions Incase you are wondering.

As for the lady in question, if she had gotten the better of the defendant will she be shouting foul play. Any serious judge will dismiss your claim before it even gets to his or her docket. Go school, finish, went to law school, pass the bar and to be reduced to social media tantrum settlement case, this lawyers is not far off from all those pest who calls themselves divorce lawyers preying on women's emotional sentiments while using the medium to leach and suck a man out of his hard earned resources. No case here

[b] Wetin concern him (Obi) with drug dealing case. This is just a mediocre statement. He has never been a chemist in his life let alone to be vested with people peddling drugs for their personal livelihood.

Even if you don't support the man, constantly trying to drag him through everything is becoming a bit nauseating. If you want to criticize, do it in a very constructive manner that is enlightening and allows for reasonable arguments.
Comments like yours, also forces someone of more intellectual acumen to prompt Nigeria schools on prepping those who pass through their domain on public speaking, public psychology and most of all, a better assessment befor even getting them admitted to secondary school where they learn the rudimentary side of English language and never progressed to getting educated with it in the long run.

If you are a young man, it shows how much the country has deteriorated, and if you are young adult, that's even more disheartening and if you are a grown up man, it will be suggestible for you to focus on your life. Obi could be your age mate while you are online dragging his name. Even the drug dealing man arrested is at least doing something with his life which I will belief it is far better than you and your newspaper bus stop reading mentality.

Mariangeles:
If he thinks okpa tastes like "suffering", I wonder what he'll think ekuru tastes like? 🤔

At least, okpa has some ingredients inside it, and can be eaten on-the-go.
Unlike ekuru that is plain, and most likely bland on its own.
Lol.. actually it is always advisable to eat Ekuru with it's own stew sauce unless it is for some traditional or our own African medicinal purpose which may prompt someone to eat it blandly without the stew sauce. It's stew mostly tastes like ofada rice stew sauce, although a bit more drier.

And as for the Okpa, maybe he probably doesn't like the taste. And his own discription of it is just the words that came to his mind to describe it.

I am not Ibo, and I have eaten Okpa countless times. It's a natural staple morning food that is quiet beneficial for one on the go to go about his or her business as early as possible. Besides the fact that it holds the stomach until you are ready for a real and actually breakfast or brunch, it's taste is actually the secret to it's success. You can't describe it, and it's just there on your pallet as something very different to other normal foods. I don't eat it often, however I will never pass on the opportunity to eat it.
Don't know about the suffering part, maybe it's his own taste bud that couldn't quite register the uniqueness of Okpa

Those who knows who is at work again, knows whose modus operandi is playing out here. The moment US came around last week or so and started saying their citizens in Nigeria are not safe, I knew it was just a matter of time before something disastrous like this will pile up on the present insecurities already rocking the country. When was the last time you heard of bombing ? Banditry and kidnappings was the disease the country is trying hard to rid itself of off before , and now bombing cases starts making the news again. Bombers threat to national security is way more fatal, they are for total disruption and not interested in any economical sentiments. They don't demand ransoms they just cause chaos for the purpose of instability. All this again to have a base in Nigeria. They wanted US base in Lagos, the President rejected the idea, but for the sake of forcefully planting themselves in Nigeria, the north shakes up a little bit, spice it up with some christians killings and there will be grounds for the base finally.. As much as I loath the idea of imperialism, it seems it always has it's ways of achieving its purpose. Thank you United States. You have successfully added one more worry to Nigerian problems.

Almost a billion naira in proceeds. I don't think the man is aware of what he is carrying. If he is a dealer, no true dealer will pack light that way unless he believes so much in some sort of juju. Drug dealers know better who to settle to be able to move such quantity. 11kilo is not something any custom officer will overlook. Considering how much they themselves can make in reselling it back into the black market whence it came from. Whomever gave him that bag was counting on him not being thoroughly searched because of age discrepancy.
Foreign AffairsRe: IRGC Says Iran, Not US, Will Determine The War’s End by Hightablevoice2:
almarthins:
Isreal was never chosen to replenish the earth. It was a particular man(noah) whom God found to be worth in his generation.

All I know is we all have common ancestry. Abraham came from the UR of the chaldeans(iraq). Later moved to haran(turkey), before travelling to canaan. He is the father of isreal, edom and Ismail. I can not trace some of this nation that constituted the modern day Abrahams children or descendant.

I am not in the position of the almighty to know why he does what he do. But I know for a fact that isreal was chosen for a mission which had been fulfilled.

However, we would be wrong to swiftly conclude that the Romans return the land to the original owners. Historically, there are 5 major cities that constituted philistine(palestine), other lands around philistine were distinct from it. What the roman did was a wicked attempt to remove the claim of isreal to land, though isreal deserve it because they refuse to see jesus as the promised Messiah. Jesus foretold of the destruction of the temple but did they really listen?
What ever isreal is doing now was patterned in their history, so they didn't start today.

The isreal of then is not so different from the isreal of now - they are still waiting for the Messiah. A political Messiah is what they wanted. Not the one that would free them from the shackles of inborn nature of sin.

Jesus specifically said "I came to my own, my own recieve me not." When you read the bible from genesis to revelation, you would see in many instances where isreal rebel against God, and disaster followed. They were never in complete Obidience.

There is alot to talk about but time and chance is not what I have at the moment. I can tell you that isreal would be destroyed again by coalition of forces, not Iran. Whatever Iran is doing now would end in futility. Isreal would be judge by his maker soon.
If going by your analysis that Israel has a right to that region in respect with their ancestry as an Abraham descendants, and the Romans denied them that, the only plausible explanation will be they are laying claim to a wrong part of the region as their own. You will agree that the Jews have always been predominantly refered to as settlers in those times even according to the bible. If you are from a specific place and has the right to such a place, you are not a settler there but a bonafide subject of that land under a chosen leader in this case a ruler. Even the Holy Bible casually reference it that there were already inhabitants of those countries, this is a status the Jews then never qualified for.

Truly this is a topic that stretches more into history than what is happening today, and I agree with you partially that what Iran is doing right now may be seen as futile but in the long run, it will be justifiable as they are shaping the future of the middle east in general and the continuation of their historical lineage in the region. So far, Iran has displayed and reminded the world they are a major power house in that region irregardless of their current state of affairs. It is a daring undertaking going head to head with the United States in proxy and with no visible allies but merely from their own strength.
I read a comment here that said the USA do not know how to fight a long term war and win, an analysis which i think is also true. What America does most of the time is to brute force with heavy might and decapitate the leader of a nation and just move out with the understanding that it will collapse the structure of their opposition, the case hasn't been the same with Iran and it is more likely that it will never be. Soon enough the peace deal will come and it won't be fully on Isreal's terms. If they can achieve that, I think the casualties they have suffered will be justified.

On Christ Messianic authentication, it is not up to me, same as what they (isreal) belief to be the purpose of their messiah is. The general idea here is, isreal has deliberately brought ruins to that regions through their own rigidity to a belief system that only they understand. If they will be destroyed by their maker that is between them and him. Outside of religious conviction, they do not have the sole right to dictate what constitutes the order in that region, if anything they should just keep to what they know and let that region rest. Isreal has been bleeding that region in the name of their messiah, belief, safety and peace for a long time. We are humans, an evolutionary being capable of recognizing fanaticism from rationality and reasonable explanation. To anyone who is a student of history, Isreal has always been in the wrong, they just have the cloak of invisibility and economic power heavily vested in the western and christian world, that they will readily go along with much of what they propose even when it is wrong.

Ignorance can make you talk hard but while you sound off to the wise and knowledgeable.

3 times, isreal had been removed from their land because of this eternal hatred which stem from God knows where. Starting with the assyrian, followed by the babylonia, and lastly roman under emperor hadrian. The emperor who quelled the bakoba rebellion, destroyed the temple, disperse isrealis and renamed the land Syrian Palestine.

The land became known as Palestine ever since then, until 1948. If you understand human psychology very well, you know that no man is entirely good. Therefore isreal fighting for her survival because she is surrounded by enemies that want her to exist. Now don't get me wrong, I am not saying that the killing of children is good. Isreal is desperate and would do anything but these action of isreal wouldn't stop evil from coming to the land.

Isreal would be destroyed one last time by a coalition of forces. Iran is just running ahead of time in their foolhardy.
History also justifies it that it was Israel who brought war to that region in the first place.

If we are to go by their own chronicles, after the flood, they were chosen to replenish the earth, a noble cause to them as God's chosen people, however mind you that is according to them. Nonetheless for the sake of argument, they were chosen, fast forward to Abraham who the Muslims share a lineage with. They ventured into the desert, became the people of the desert and found solace in practicing a self revelation of what they belief to them as the right way of living, worshipping God and so forth.

While Israel, after having became Israel in regards to Jacob and his family, they were still a normadic sect, free roaming sect that were mostly tendering to their flocks of sheep, moving from place to place without a permanent place, besides where they settle for a while, which mostly occurs by them buying a portion of that place as their were settlements shared by a different particular set of people back then, a similar comparison will be like the Fulanis in Nigeria. Who move from one settlement to the other for sake of their livestock. Besides that our own don turn bandits and kidnappers.

Keep in mind, even after the flood, they were not the only people occupying the world then. Fast forward a little bit, a dispute occured among the brothers of this normadic sect which resulted in selling their own brother into slavery to Egypt, and that same brother became an Egyptian Governor. Then with his influence he was granted by the then leader of Egypt to bring his people and settle in Egypt, this was supposedly the era that ended their first normadic lifestyle, and allows them to settle in a stationary location. As a people with a common belief but not yet a country.

While all this was going on, the other arm of the Abrahamic people have also found a foothold in the desert and they were living among themselves with mere regional dispute over lands, borders and their interpretation of what their collective religion and belief system was. The same religion but with differences in their belief systems, but that was all about the extent of their disagreement. They have never claimed to be God's chosen people nor did any nation at that time claimed such.

Now go back to Egypt few hundred years after the Israel settlement, they were already finding cracks in the Egyptian belief system on the premise that their own religion is way more superior to that of their benefactor who seems worship multiple gods. This and other economic factor, combined with their other shrewd ways of life resulted in Egypt enslaving them as a people, not as a nation but as a people.. Not as a nation, but as a people. Fast forward to Moses, and the whole exodus debacle unfolding, the other arm of the Abrahamic lineage have already moved on and are becoming successful in building a modest civilization, even while they (Isrealites) were still in Egypt.. One of them even welcomed Moses into his home.. All the same, he went back to Egypt, liberated his people and the exodus commenced with the Egyptian armies in ruins and no more of fear of going back to slavery, at this point, Moses a military trained prince of Egypt was faced with a dilemma, they are out of Egypt but where do they settle now, this was the result of their 40 years wandering in the desert, moving from place to place, while there maybe argument towards the idea of their sins and a justifiable punishment for their then present condition, the natural reality remains, they can't go back to their normadic way of life not with the population that they came out of Egypt with, so what do they do start doing, they started buying lands at first, and later just expanding and finally they keep on taking them with military force. Their idea of promise land Canaan, which has always been occupied and not by them was taken by force and everything that has happened since then has been a result of retaliatory action. Going back and forth.

So my brother Israel brought war to that region. They were the outsiders. The invaders, they just happen to have better successful military operations that was overwhelming than their counterparts. And it goes without saying their successful military campaigns ever since has been nothing but counterproductive.

As for when the Romans finally gave those lands back to their rightful owners, Israel once again saw the reason to push forward their Zionism idea but this time not as sect of normadic people anymore but as a Nation, a country. Which resulted in renaming that land finally Israel. This happened in respect to their major influence with economic prosperity which they have gained all over the thriving world, they were scattered all over the places but they never lost their identity as a sect, and when the time came for them to use what they have to their advantage, thanks to England and France indebtedness to them, they became a country. And has since then been terrorizing their neighbors from decade after decade.

While personally I have mixed belief towards War, but you have to understand this is Israel only playbook. They have no where else to go. And they simply won't agree that they are the only people on earth who has never had a country of their own built up from their own common ideology of living together as a nation. The Jewish identity as a race is their only heritage, and when you can't settle in a place what do you do? You hold on to that idea that God is your father and he has promised a specific location for you to live and grow for the rest of eternity because they don't have an ancestral home.

Foreign AffairsRe: 'Without My Approval, Iran's Next Supreme Leader Won't Last Long - Donald Trump by Hightablevoice2:
Trump and Trump mentality. While the United States will always a remain a powerful country, it is just some how that with this man and those team of his in charge, it keeps looking more like a puppet state for Israel agenda in that region.

With how much of Bible practice they claim to honor, how did Persia, modern day Iran, a nation that once executed it's own prime minister for Israel sake became a sworn enemy if it wasn't for this Jewish people and their insecurities. They even have a holiday that commemorate the incident. Queen Esther and Mordecai saved the whole of Israel when the Persian king almost issued an execution order. In hindsight, that is a big mistake.

It was this same Israel that brought war to that region.. The only tension that existed in the middle east before the exodus from Egypt has merely been a factional dispute on their belief system and never about this pestilential war that has been raging for centuries, all thanks to Israel.

For those who think this is about religion or Israel safety, it is not. Israel is the aggressor, they have always been. They unleashed on the Palestinians for the sake of their peace. How can you claim peace when you kill by the thousands, it will be silly for them to assume there won't be retaliatory consequences to deal with.

Jewish money is controlling trump as he supposedly got close to 3 billion to initiate that lunch. Majority of the American citizen do not support his action, but Jewish lobbyist has him by the balls, and him seeking an unlawful 3rd term election by trying as much as he can to drag the United States into the war where he can use his war powers and postpone election because the country is at war. It's all games and games, the only sad part is life's being lost daily on all sides.

If you are naive and think Iran isn't hitting Israel hard, you are probably blind to how Israel operates with image censorship and narratives control. Israel is demanding an unconditional surrender, Iran is just getting started, and have even stated to their gulf neighbors that they aren't attacking them but only attacking the US military bases in that region and not at war with their neighbors, well except for Saudi Arabia who wants a total regime change in Iran. Iran has threatened the water supply in the region now, an action which will likely be devastating if carried out, as the whole region including Israel has no access to fresh water.

Trump's greed, his third term ambition and Bibi's political career is the reason why this war got to this stage. It should have ended with Hezbollah gone, hamas defeat, and regime change in Syria.. Why poke Iran directly when you know you can't and will not win. While Iran may suffer casualties if and when this drags on, but surely Israel and us will too, and the stance remains they will never win this irregardless of how many uninformed sympathizers they are putting on this bloody shows for. This may drag on for a while, but it will be at the detriment of the world economy with oil prices already starting to hike up. And he wants to win a Nobel peace prize. What a joke.

EducationRe: Why Do Nigerians Call People Without University Degrees Illiterates? by Hightablevoice2: 8:46pm On Mar 05
The idea behind the standard which says a university degree is what qualifies you to be a literary person in Nigeria is not a joke. Goes way back to when school and education possess the highest standard of intellectuality.
However, now days, that argument is not on solid ground anymore. From experience, I think it's all about category. There are people who are way more brilliant who could not further because of certain circumstances, and there are people who has a university degree that can not write a comprehensive essay of 1500 words about themselves or write their own application letter with articulate expression and proper use of the English language.. so it's a matter of perspective.
For someone who still furthers his or her education through self thought, either with trade or other aspect of education and still find in it means to be useful to his or herself, family and society at large, you can't call such a person an illiterate. Nonetheless, in the broader picture, there's levels to it. Dangote may be able to pay doctor's salary as he wishes, but if and when they are speaking about what they know in regards to the human anatomy, I am afraid he has less to contribute. But that's where it ends. Outside that circle, a university degree is just another piece of paper. Without the knowledgeable application of what the qualification stands for, it's not worth much.. In the same context as we have educated illiterates, the same way there are uneducated literates.
Foreign AffairsRe: Iran-us Conflict: Fact-checking Popular Fake News by Hightablevoice2: 8:50am On Mar 05
Truth is the first victim of war.
It's rather convenient to list US successful missions, and yet no casualties reports from their camp either personnel or even one nut on their mechanical equipment.. it's begs the question of whose story is looking more far fetched.. because while the general media is busy reporting the damages the US is causing which by their might is not incomprehensible, their inability to give a fair report of their casualties also is like masquerading their own weakness.. alternative reports are labeled as false, while their own exaggerated reports keeps saturating the media at large.
PoliticsRe: Crashing Food Price Would Make Farmers Poor - Peter Obi by Hightablevoice2: 9:20pm On Feb 28
LZAA:
You are explaining to slaves who love their chains o😅
While from a singular point of view he makes a bit of sense. But his whole premise is wrong. The market will always survive and supply will never shorten. While situation may stiff for a bit and frustrating for farmers presently, however, it will always open up again for them.. Every sector suffers losses once in a while, it is not unexpected for entities that understands that basis, and they make available cushion.. As a matter of fact, any sensible large scale farmer knows this is a good thing because it means produce can move faster and open up space for our storage industry which categorically needs attention and worth pointing out. Lenders and some banks are the ones that are somehow in trouble with the down spiraling of price in the market currently as a lot of debts will not be serviced, and probably some defaults too. The good news is the banking sector are still holding their ground above average which is promising.. With that in mind, you will understand the rest of his point is based on an individual farmer or a singular entity and not the collective.. farming remains the best sector to park and pack wealth, no matter how the general score is, in one simple term; collectively all human must feed and there will always be entities to provide such services. His whole analysis is based on fear, more or less like saying when the stock market crashes, then banking is over or in an irrecoverable state. That's an assessment based on shortsightedness and an impossibility at that., If it is so for those guys in the banking sector, invariably it is the same for farmers. Some people will fall off and others will rise from it. It's that simple... The inconvenience is temporary for farmers. The masses really deserves a breathing space.. if importation helps with that, it is very advisable to pursue it. An hungry man is not only an angry man, but a dangerous man to stability and collective comfort.

Bros have you done any of these "business" you stated or you just figured them out of your head, as in motivational speaker stuff.
Lol, that was how some guy few years ago was always on tv doing advert for his seminar on 1000 businesses you can do with no capital. He use to charge ohh, people will pay and go, he collects their money, gives them motivational talk of how you can turn to dangote by starting small selling eg exporting kolanut, the gives them books he has written. At the end of the day na only him de make money from seminar. Lol
Ah no bro. 100% Speaking from experience. Besides the scrap machine bit .. there's no business there that I am not vested in either partially or fully.. One road no enter market, until you are in them Otedola realm that's when you can think of consolidating everything under a single umbrella, but whiles you are still building, there's a lot of room to move.. even for trial and error.. and I agree with you, it's not going to be just up and go and start making money. Partner up with people who are in the business already, maybe from another location, it's mostly about Territory.. I can rely on my plug if I get order and don't have products available, I make the call and I take my commission.. same way around. Point is there's demand for a lot of things, attitude, commitment and building relationship along is the first key after establishing for new businesses.. At least that's how you learn the ropes too.
BusinessRe: Which ₦500k Business Can I Setup For A Friend? by Hightablevoice2: 3:26pm On Feb 25
1. Engine oil table set up with Petrol Bottle for hikes and Keke drivers. Not a fancy thing to do but still makes a decent killing and can scale up easily. ENTRY Capital 300-400K. Daily Take home Profit, 3-7k. Besides sales. if he wants stationary. Mostly around major bus stops but definitely not main roads. To stay away unforseen circumstances.

2. Diesel supplier to hotels and hospitals. He can start with 100-150ltrs, sign up a bike guy as constant transport until he will be able to get his own.. although he will need a lot of leg works to get clients. 4-5 clients is enough per week. Entry capital also around 300k-400k. Weekly take home Profit 10k-20k

3. Cooking Gas small set up.. If he is close to any accessible estate, he doesn't need to rent a shop at that. Just an umbrella and sign post is enough to start with. Entry level capital without shop is 200k-300k. But client can be limited sometimes.. however recognition is the key. Once he is recognized. To scale higher within a year will be much faster.

4. Bike and Keke Part Scraps. I don't know much about it but I have heard somethings about it. Usually involves buying accident or damaged machines, pieces it into scraps and sell whatever it is still useful from it.. Entry level could be the entire budget though but worth looking into.

5. Phone Accessories Needs a small kiosk.

6. Provision supply to mini stores. Source them inside market, look for inside street small small shops, supply them one or two items. Biscuits, drinks, detergent soaps, noodles, spags, most things that move faster away from the counters. Will need transportation but can always negotiate with a driver until he can get his own personally. Entry fee 400k-500k

7. EGG DISTRIBUTOR. 5 Crates per clients, needs at least 10-20 clients before he can start earning but once it's starts it doesn't stop. Because it opens other accessible doors.

As someone who seems to have manage a hotel before most definitely he may not be cut out for some hustles that are a bit more rugged.. if he can supply or distribute what moves faster on the shelf without any prejudice attached.. he can build slowly into it.
At the end what matters is the mindset. It's not the business per say but the mindset attached with it. Some people sell only Sand and have mansions, while some people have filling stations and are drowning in debts.
PoliticsRe: War In ADC As Obidients Fight Other Members Over Abuja Local Elections by Hightablevoice2: 12:19pm On Feb 24
Magnetic010:
There are too many different ideologies cramped into one body- this is why ADC is more likely to implode than send APC out of Aso rock- I feel peter Obi should have remained in Labour Party and consolidated on his growing popularity amongst Nigerian youths.
That was the general idea in the first place after that 2023 election. Few points were brought forward as to the next direction.

1. His main opposition was Atiku remaining in PDP and the northern bloc. Because he has shown he can go head to head with Tinubu. And the obidient movement was still very strong and potent.. LP needs a to build on their momentum and channel a fresh direction with high incentives, the solution besides recruiting major political alliance with some powers that be in the North, the proposal for him before he left was to run under LP again but with one tactical change, Datti was to be persuaded and check list for presidency after him and he Datti and his bloc will be personally nominating a Northern Woman as Vice president. To the general public this will be as seen as a patriotic act for him to help build a new nigeria, and wait his turn to run for presidency when it is time for the north.. that was when the idea of that just only 4 years for him came about.

2. It was generally agreed that the incentive to the women gearing towards the narrative that Nigeria is having a first female vice president, that sentimental value and the bloc that narrative could pull have the potential to nullify Atiku's strength and really clip a bit from the APC Tinubu alliance. Including international exposure. The strongest, richest, most populated black nation is potentially having it's first female vice president.. the idea fits and a brilliant woman with a brilliant mind and eye pleasing public appearance from the northern Nigeria was set to be the new narrative, combined with his own then family value orientation, there lots of names floated, Dr Salma Anas Ibrahim was use as the template for the ideal candidate. Doesn't have to be her but that was the template.. Generally all political parties know for a fact Women voters are the most easy to induce because they are the most marginalized bloc (market women, teachers. Nurses. Domestic workers, women bankers, lawyers, professionals who could mobilize additional 2-5 votes per person, with their various platforms without a bit more effort just by giving them that incentive of a female Vice President. Women are the ones who could actually wait in line to vote for their candidate, they will still even collect money but still vote for their choice of party. Not people buying data and just making noise and forming activist online. The incentive would have bypassed, both tribal and religious sentiment all together.

3. The Male and main Obidients movement would have been made the masculine front and strength and the then existing LP structure with the new direction would have been the feminine aspect of the idea which will appeal a lot, a new combined force, combined with a bit more effort has the potential to drive him easily and cut across all geopolitical zones..The momentum would have been unstoppable now..And this would have consolidated the LP power for real as a major contender and topple PDP, and still push forward for more grassroot involvement among the youths.. by now Mr OBi would have had a strong chance this coming election, but as always, he drifts easily and the plan was foiled. Well according to people who were actually behind the curtain.....when he started moving away from LP and drifting and finally towards ADC which Atiku practically built himself, it became glaring APC has already won the election.. But anyways, as they say politics and popularity contest aren't the same.

And to close, I think it was because most of the plans then was about the party and not him, that was what prompted him to exit the party..

This is not a reflection of 2027.
APGA also won massively in the just concluded gubernatorial election held in Anambra. When it is general elections(2027) and obi is on the ballot you will definitely feel the obi effect. If it sure for APC the senate should approve real time transmission of results. Let's know who is the peoples' choice come 2027.
Real time transmission is not the issue. Hacking is one major issue and second network coverage. But this isn't about real time transmission, this is about the numbers from this election.. and that line about when obi is on the ballot, that's just a weak and lame excuse. Didn't he show face and wave flag?

Not particularly. Simply means the current punishment for rapist should be the ideal punishment for false rape accusations, while the punishment for a real rape cases should be more severe than it is currently
