CONFESSIONS FOR AN AMAZING FAMLY

We thank you for our wonderful and everly united family Matthew 19:4-6 And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, 5 And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? 6 Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.

Thank you for the giants, saviours and God's Generals you are raising through our family. Obadiah 1:17 But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.18 And the house of Jacob shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph a flame, and the house of Esau for stubble, and they shall kindle in them, and devour them; and there shall not be any remaining of the house of Esau; for the LORD hath spoken it. 19 And they of the south shall possess the mount of Esau; and they of the plain the Philistines: and they shall possess the fields of Ephraim, and the fields of Samaria: and Benjamin shall possess Gilead.20 And the captivity of this host of the children of Israel shall possess that of the Canaanites, even unto Zarephath; and the captivity of Jerusalem, which is in Sepharad, shall possess the cities of the south.21 And saviours shall come up on mount Zion to judge the mount of Esau; and the kingdom shall be the LORD’S.

Thank you because there is a DEEP and Spiritual reason for our Family, and you know the purpose for our family even before it's conception Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

Our family is founded on the rock of revelation and conviction therefore I command that the gates of hell shall not prevail against it every prayer we utter in this family answers speedily. Matthew 16:17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. 18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. 19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

We therefore declare that Christ is the Head of Our family, We model Christ in Our family, the love of Christ is what exist in Our family, there is Love and submission in this Family. 22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.24 Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing. 25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; 26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, 27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. In this family there is REST, PEACE, RIGHTEOUSNESS, JOY, WEALTH, LOVE, LONG LIFE, HEALTH and SUBMISSION, this Family is HEAVEN ON EARTH Romans 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

The love of Christ that is what our family is built on.... And this is the Agape love that is forgiving, selfless, pure and from above. Therefore forgiveness abounds in our family.Ephesians 6: 25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; 26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, 27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

From our loins shall come out notable world shakers who are Obedient to the faith of Christ Romans 1:4 And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:5 By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:

Therefore All the product of our loins are poised for exploits in the Kingdom of God Hebrews 7:9 And as I may so say, Levi also, who receiveth tithes, payed tithes in Abraham.10 For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedec met him.

Everyone of us in this family will reign with Christ here or earth and even in the Kingdom of the father. Romans 5:17 For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.19 For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

Our family becomes a model for millions of Families round the world in the name of Jesus......Genesis 26:4 And I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these countries; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed;

There is trust, communication, and deep sense of Spirituality in this Family..

God's ease saturates my delivery, even before the doctors get to me, I give birth safely Exodus 1:19

Mary the mother of Jesus didn't need a special medical attention to give birth, therefore as Mary gave birth with ease, in a manger, I give birth with ease also Luke 2:7

The peace of God that surpasses all understanding guards My heart and minds in Christ Jesus Phillipians 4:7

He gave me the options of paying three times and gave me his ironclad guarantee (HE DIDN'T DISCOUNT, DISCOUNT LOWERS BRAND VALUE IN PROSPECTS MIND) I got sold, paid in full and started the 3days training with 15 others.. Day 1:- Power of a Unique Selling Proposition Day 2:- Lead Generation 1 Day 3:- Lead Generation 2... I was blown away. If you don't train you'll lose more money through ignorance.. (10k here, 5k there, and 25k there), on trial and error tactics won't amount to anything...

COMMIT NEXT:- MASSIVE GUT PROVOKED RUTHLESS EXECUTION CLAIM.. I developed my school's U.S.P to ("GIVE ME YOUR CHILD and I WILL GIVE YOU AN ACADEMIC LEADER, PUBLIC SPEAKER WITH CLEAR DICTION IN 90DAYS (1 term), THAT WILL MAKE OTHER PARENTS ENVY YOU). Didn't know how but I wrote what I love to do and see every child do (I love to speak and write), so I put it out there as a packaged statement....

FIGURE LATER: - I had to look for materials, so I went online and replaced all our local visual materials with British and USA video taught materials. Replaced the Nigerian Diction teacher with Teacher Barbara (A video Diction Instructor from U.S.A), created a STUDIO ROOM (language laboratory), I had committed myself I had to figure out How; I did because I put myself on pressure. I spent over 1300 hours online and a lump sum buying the videos

LEAD BY EXAMPLE: - I had to start speaking to the students consistently (In diction remember) so I had to watch the video and get trained myself... Once I understood it, speaking it became easy, instead of forming it; I just said it, strange at first but got it in the long run... So now how do I get the staffs buy in

BUY IN: - Business is about getting the people that believe what you believe to come around you and selling becomes easy.... So some staffs had to go (by choice or by force), some went by choice.. Those that stayed had to speak in diction, because I was speaking already.... The parents that didn't see diction as important also left and I saw a change in parent composition, people withdrew their kids from very expensive school to mine... (I was shocked)... (Now am planning on increasing my fees), and when I ask why did you change your child they say (I saw the way a child in your school was speaking and I was impressed)

CONTINUE TRAINING: - Since then my training investment budget goes for 50percent on business trainings (sales process, cash flow management, debt recovery e.t.c) and 50 percent on expertise (teacher training, classroom management, phonics training e.t.c) thanks to my instructors... Still learning today...

After one year the school is on Autopilot and I can I tell you that investing in understanding the sales process is the best Investment you can ever make if you are going into business...

2. YOUR DADDA and MAMMA sold YOU on SCARCITY:- Mama.. I wanna buy a bicycle, son... I just bought you a watch, be contented with what you have, learn to manage.... I was sold on this and spent the 1st 25years of my life hearing this UNTILL I FREAKING MOVED OUTTA THE HOUSE.... Now I live alone I can Get my Head straightened OUT... If Dangote Lived in another generation he can't be spent out... There is abundance and I don't freaking care what anyone thinks, am getting it and I aint gonna deny my beautiful twin Girls who will call me Papa any of the dough.. You wanna school in space lil princess, am goin to freaking figure how you gonna do that.. At least if you were sold on scarcity don't sell your children on it.... Just ask every money (morning I mean) when you wake up how can I increase my income today.... Irrespective of how much you gat flowing in... Am a broke guy right now (many won't tell you this) cos am funding my 2nd Business with my 1st business, and am going to fund the 3rd with profit from 1 and 2... Then create the 4th.... Your depending on one source of income... GET READY FOR THE HOLOCAUST...

3. MONEY WONT MAKE YOU HAPPY::- neither will poverty make you happy, happiness is a personal decision, it has nothing to do with money.. But availability of money enhances Happiness dude.. We don't live in a political world, we live in an economic world... Money Money Money is everyones's freaking demand.... Money to subscribe, money to transport, money to give to church... If you aint thinking of figuring out how to make it.... Na only you waka come Be dat...

4. The RICH AINT GOING TO HEAVEN:- Okay, the last time I checked, Abraham was there and He wasn't a broke dude, He was freaking rich, He was so rich His generations took over, many generation are still tapping from His riches till 2moro... (Am trying to draw out as much as I can get cos that dude is my grandpa), I belong to the rich clan.... Am gonna see Him in heaven men and thank Him, am going to take Him out and buy Him a nice drink with angels flapping their wings around us shouting GLORY!!! Am going to make Abraham freaking proud.... Dude if your a Christian and your not thinking of making money... How do you wanna freaking spread the gospel... MEGAPHONES aint that effective anymore dude... You need JETs to fly... Let the haters hate... That's free publicity for you Dude. Get on it.....

5. IF YOU ARE RICH THEN ITS BLOOD MONEY OR VOODOO:- Success in Africa in any sphere including religious is synonymous to voodoo... Okay now... That's just BULLSHIT... Everything today isn't Voodoo from Internet entrepreneurs to successful megachurches to lifestyle entrepreneurs is now a hit from Back to back... Gospel ti take Over... Phew!! (I dropped the line dude) yeah... So whoever you are pastor, teacher, banker, internet guy, Author, start building your strategy and tripple your energy to work things out and fast... You slack then you aint gonna see progress, you fast then yeah progress is sure... Fill up your PIPELINE so fast and so full it begins to Spray Money on yA!!!

6. GETTING MONEY IS FREAKING HARD:- I used to think that untill last year.... I needed a cashflow of 10k to take care of an expense from January this year, I just thought whose going to pay for that, once I figured it out I created a service towards that effect, then confidence to sell, I pitched the value so hard and so high and I sold it to them... That's going to be a passive income for me for the next 7months or so.... You can create money outta the thin air, JUST LEARN TO SELL.... I freaking regret it why I didn't make the price Higher than that.... Money is confidence nothing more nothing less.... When buyers loose confidence in a market they stop buying and it affects cashflow.... You loose confidence you loose cash.... Even if you are saying rubbish... (SELL YOURSELF) and correct yourself later... Its that simple...

7. I must be 50years old to make the dough:- HMMMMMM (Yawns) its easier to make money today than it has been ever... Why... We gat a massive POPULATION in Nigeria (170MILLI) America has just (300MILLI) we need to be making millionaires of ourselves like 200millionaires per month... Create products and sell, repeat it over and over again.... But you aint gonna make it if you don't know how to sell... If you are 50 years you might but with the volatile economy I don't guarantee it.... You need the right skills to Bank your first milli, you need a plan too...

8. You don't like attention:- Money flows Towards attention... You want Money? Get attention..... Am writing now to get attention... And you know what am selling already.... I was sold on this and spent the 1st 25years of my life hearing this UNTILL I FREAKING MOVED OUTTA THE HOUSE.... Now I live alone I can Get my Head straightened OUT... If Dangote Lived in another generation he can't be spent out... There is abundance and I don't freaking care what anyone thinks, am getting it and I aint gonna deny my beautiful twin Girls who will call me Papa any of the dough.. You wanna school in space lil princess, am goin to freaking figure how you gonna do that.. At least if you were sold on scarcity don't sell your children on it.... Just ask every money (morning I mean) when you wake up how can I increase my income today.... Irrespective of how much you gat flowing in... Am a broke guy right now (many won't tell you this) cos am funding my 2nd Business with my 1st business, and am going to fund the 3rd with profit from 1 and 2... Then create the 4th.... Your depending on one source of income... GET READY FOR THE HOLOCAUST...

3. MONEY WONT MAKE YOU HAPPY::- neither will poverty make you happy, happiness is a personal decision, it has nothing to do with money.. But availability of money enhances Happiness dude.. We don't live in a political world, we live in an economic world... Money Money Money is everyones's freaking demand.... Money to subscribe, money to transport, money to give to church... If you aint thinking of figuring out how to make it.... Na only you waka come Be dat...

4. The RICH AINT GOING TO HEAVEN:- Okay, the last time I checked, Abraham was there and He wasn't a broke dude, He was freaking rich, He was so rich His generations took over, many generation are still tapping from His riches till 2moro... (Am trying to draw out as much as I can get cos that dude is my grandpa), I belong to the rich clan.... Am gonna see Him in heaven men and thank Him, am going to take Him out and buy Him a nice drink with angels flapping their wings around us shouting GLORY!!! Am going to make Abraham freaking proud.... Dude if your a Christian and your not thinking of making money... How do you wanna freaking spread the gospel... MEGAPHONES aint that effective anymore dude... You need JETs to fly... Let the haters hate... That's free publicity for you Dude. Get on it.....

5. IF YOU ARE RICH THEN ITS BLOOD MONEY OR VOODOO:- Success in Africa in any sphere including religious is synonymous to voodoo... Okay now... That's just BULLSHIT... Everything today isn't Voodoo from Internet entrepreneurs to successful megachurches to lifestyle entrepreneurs is now a hit from Back to back... Gospel ti take Over... Phew!! (I dropped the line dude) yeah... So whoever you are pastor, teacher, banker, internet guy, Author, start building your strategy and tripple your energy to work things out and fast... You slack then you aint gonna see progress, you fast then yeah progress is sure... Fill up your PIPELINE so fast and so full it begins to Spray Money on yA!!!

6. GETTING MONEY IS FREAKING HARD:- I used to think that untill last year.... I needed a cashflow of 10k to take care of an expense from January this year, I just thought whose going to pay for that, once I figured it out I created a service towards that effect, then confidence to sell, I pitched the value so hard and so high and I sold it to them... That's going to be a passive income for me for the next 7months or so.... You can create money outta the thin air, JUST LEARN TO SELL.... I freaking regret it why I didn't make the price Higher than that.... Money is confidence nothing more nothing less.... When buyers loose confidence in a market they stop buying and it affects cashflow.... You loose confidence you loose cash.... Even if you are saying rubbish... (SELL YOURSELF) and correct yourself later... Its that simple...

7. I must be 50years old to make the dough:- HMMMMMM (Yawns) its easier to make money today than it has been ever... Why... We gat a massive POPULATION in Nigeria (170MILLI) America has just (300MILLI) we need to be making millionaires of ourselves like 200millionaires per month... Create products and sell, repeat it over and over again.... But you aint gonna make it if you don't know how to sell... If you are 50 years you might but with the volatile economy I don't guarantee it.... You need the right skills to Bank your first milli, you need a plan too...

8. You don't like attention:- Money flows Towards attention... You want Money? Get attention..... Am writing now to get attention... And you know what am selling already.... If you want cash you've gat to get attention.... I'll elaborate on that later dude!!!! Digest this 1st.... Let's go get your MONEY!!!

Good thread! Thanks for your idea.One thing I have noticed with sales jobs is that they are never saturated. Sales jobs are always available for ever. All businesses need result oriented sales persons. You can even be an independent sales. Person canvassing for many companies. But many people, especially the jobless do not like sales jobs because of ignorance, laziness, and unwillingness to learn. Unfortunately, those who are not willing to learn have failed to realise that all human beings are learners and SALES PERSONS till we die. ONLY THE DEAD DO NOT LEARN.

Op is right to a large extent. The interviewers must see the fire and enthusiasm in you. You must let them know you are the best candidate for the job in words and body language. I also agree with your point about targeting the top guy. I was in an interview room recently and I was asked the normal interview questions. Then, we got to the question 'why should we hire you?'. I aimed at the ceo of the company in my response. I hyped him to the extent that he was smiling (impressed). I knew at that point that I have gotten the job. In fact, when I was asked if I had any question for them, I constructed the question in a way that showed my drive for success and how I could be like the ceo.

I disagree a bit with your submission about online application. Most top rated companies advertise vacancies online and many people including myself, have gotten jobs through that means.

I totally agree with you.... Even some of their interview process is so FREAKING LONG, you can even change 3 jobs before you resume their own... The point is GET A JOB..... And most jobs are ONLINE and also ONGROUND do both.... Thanks lolzz

@OP! You nailed it.... Only a few of us can relate to this!! my first Job after Nysc was Marketing with a paultry salary of 18k. I ended up as a marketer out of frustration and ill luck from Job hunting coupled with loads of dissapointment from friends, relatives and high profile persons that promised to offer me a job on completion of service. I earned 18k for One year! Just to build my career path in marketing and sales. From their, I moved to a reputable FMCG company (fmn) where I got offer as a sales officer on contract. Subsequently, I moved to another Reputable Beverage company! Here, I applied for a supervisory post and luckly, during the Interview I was endorsed for the job after scaling through the rigorous stages of recruitment. On my Offer letter, I was assigned a Sales Rep position. Right there and then, I rejected the Offer and gave my reasons. After 3 months, I received a call from the HR to pick up my offer letter with the supervisory Role. That's the beauty of sales! It gives you the opportunity to climb the ladder as quick as possible so longer as you can deliver. To Fresh NYSC folks, don't despise the days of little begining! You must start from somewhere! No employer will like to employ someone with little or no work experience. Its easier to get a Job while you're still working no matter how little you earn, the good thing is you're productive and engaged! It will also give you the confidence to face your interviewers. I'm so glad I made the right choice as a sales person! No regret!! Only that its not a job for lazy folks! You must like your job and be determind to deliver. Sales is all about Figures!! Nothing more! Just put God first in all you do with a bit of Hard work, you'll surely excel.
