All former Gen Buhari 's council members . All the aforementioned people need to be arrested, detained, tried and promptly executed. If Nigeria doesn't truly eliminate these folks, Nigeria is going nowhere. This is what someone people say.

They listed 8 without mentioning the most important - Punctuality. Excessive lateness to work will eventually lead to termination of employment

As far as I could remember, I've always had very painful menstruation. To a point that it affects my ability to work or be productive.
Painkillers hardly work, so it's about 4-7 days of Pre menstrual cramps +5 day period of agony. Almost two weeks every month. Sometimes I fall sick during or after my period.
I talked to my doctor. I was thinking family planning pills might pause my periods for sometime. But he said no they don't. He advised I be taking painkillers prior to my period and I have ulcer.

First of all, I am sorry to read that you have to go thru pains. It could be endometriosis or just pain due the shedding of your endometrial layer of the uterus. The pain results from the increase in prostaglandins. Anyways, to address your pain what you need to do is find a place where they sell Ibuprofen or Advil. Take 4 tablets. Each tablet is 200mg, making it 800mg. Most of these medicines now in Nigeria are fake. Take now and always take a day before menstrual pain starts each month or when the first hint of menstrual pain arises. I hope it helps.

I have always wondered this. How does one know if one is a member of the Royal family or is a descendant of the Royal family? I am guessing blood line or being told... Please educate me. Thanks Guys.
