paxonel: that's true! everyone will be judged according to. their deeds.. Revelation 20:12 says And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. note: that it was the dead that were judged. that means, each time we die ( the coming of Jesus ), Jesus will come and carry out this for everybody. also, note that two different category of books were opened. 1. the books that contain the deeds of everybody when they were alive on earth, where in they were judged according to their works. 2. the book of life ( the book that contain the names of all christians simply because they believe only, not by their works ) 20:15 says, And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire( the second death which is the real death, the first death is just sleep ). meaning, those whose names found in the book of life will resurect and come back to life, this time with a different body, see 1cor 15:35 down. where you see that God created different kind of body, both therestial and cosmos bodies. and he give to people body according to his will 1 Corinthians 15:38 But God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body. resurrection of the death here on earth is real. eternal life is real. this trend has been going on and on since 2000 years ago since Christ resurrected. you people don't know. you will die and resurrected and die and resurrected and die and resurrected ( the concept of aboundant life ).. you don't know what Christ did for you when he resurrected. Na God go judge una pastors for not telling you people the truth. yet they are collecting money from you people every Sunday. you people read Bible you don't see lol. so, how did you come up with all these? you sit-down one and day and start reading bible? or do you have a pastor? |

paxonel: check your dictionary, as the name implies, an unbeliever is someone who doesn't share the same faith with you, not people who commit sin. the name formerly used for unbelievers who are people like Muslims, atheists etc, because they do not believe in Jesus is infidel. But the word infidel is seen offensive, so it is not used in this modern day. you are right |

paxonel: 144000 people will make heaven? ahahaha haha you nor even say they are already in heaven right now, you are saying they will make. now that i am in heaven am i not better than the 144,000 that your Jehovah witness claim they will make heaven in the future? Colossians 1:13 assures us that Who(Jesus ) hath delivered us (not he is going to deliver us in the future, making us to be waiting for rapture or amagedon or something ) from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: so we have been translated to heaven already. and your 144000 people are there waiting? jw, una too dull. lol please you believe in Christ you are already in heaven, don't take religion seriously again, doing so is fanatism. They are confusing you people. just live your life and love your neighbor as yourself so, when were we translated to heaven? |

paxonel: 1 fanatics are people who has very strong religious beliefs that often make them behave in an unreasonable way, according to Macmillan English dictionary. it is very unreasonable to think that not all christians are saved. 95% population of Nigerian christians have this believe including all pastors. they judge people by their action, behaving unreasonably towards them. if they see a girl putting on sexy dress walking on the street they will say she is not a Christian. some will hate her. if they see a guy smoking on the street with a bottle of alcohol or dancing skelewu or shoki or azonto they will say he is not a Christian. they will hate him. meanwhile God judge people by the religion they belong to, not by what they do. brethren in the lord, excess religion is making the world a bad place for some people. no love, no care. i asked a lady who is a member of winners the other day, who are the people that are in heaven on earth? she told me it is only winners members. How about other church members ? she say, i don't know about them o, it is only winners i know. imagine what makes you think everybody i Christianity are saved? the Bible says not all who called him lord lord will enter the kingdom of God |

vera031: If the gospel wasn't preached to you or if the missionaries had your mindset, would you have known about it? For all we know we would still be idol worshippers. Showing your faith can be in so many ways; you might see someone going the wrong part and decide to talk to the person. if you correct people it is not faith professing. even Muslims correct themselves too. if you go preach in places where the Gospel has not been heard before, places like the rural areas where African traditional religion are dominated, it is not bad, i can do anything to support that, so long people are converted to Christianity from their African religions. But to preach in cities like the city i live? no, i can't do that. Because, almost everybody here are christians already, thanks to missionaries who broght christianity, they made the job easy for me. even before i open my bible to a drunkard he will tell me what i don't know in the bible. so, why should i kill myself? abeg make i enjoy jare |

dolphinheart: But jesus said we should preach Na! that is true! preaching is good, but living your life without preaching is better. so, if you see people like us not preaching it doesn't mean we are ashamed of Jesus or our faith. it's just that we want to live the freedom Jesus gave to us ,we want to be free from preaching, going to church, too much prayer, shouting and speaking in tongues ,and enjoy our lives. let those who want to be free from religion (athiests ) know that we can truly be free in religion. it takes knowledge and understanding to come to this level of your faith, which is the highest level of spirituality in Christianity. enjoyment of life is the highest level of spirituality. speaking in tongues, preaching and going to church is the lowest level. a lot of people don't know. |

vera031: Most atimes we all get scared of professing our faith. For example: You see a Catholic who cannot say the grace before meal or make the sign of the cross because he/she is outside. You see a christain who is afraid to share the gospel either in their place of work or in the bus because they are scared of what people might say. Most of us eat outside without praying. Why? Are we scared of someone or something? Are we shy because we are christains? Or is it by your grace grace that you are hale and hearthy even after the meal?.
Most people are even ready to renounce their faith when threatened. Please I need an answer.......... Why are we scared Christianity is best expressed by action or loving your neighbor as yourself rather than mere speaking out or professing. the best way to profess your faith is not professing at all, let people see the light in you. nobody is interested in your talking or preaching if Christianity or Jesus is the way you will simply live the teachings of Jesus let people wish to be like you, and stop talking or preaching |
