Haba OP after dressing up, you decided to wear sandals to a job interview... So wrong!!! Even in class there's a particular lecturer in my department that doesn't like seeing guys wear palm sandals leather or not to his class. In summary, a pair of shoe is preferrable.

If he does Not have pair of shoe,he can wear only one leg of shoe with only sock on the other leg,it's better than a pair of sandal.

Vegetables, fruits, whole grains and water will add up the remaining daily dietary needs.

Take out time to rest and exercise if you are workalcholic

I believe you especially on the aspect of gaining and losing weight.
i hardly gains weight, but when i get weight, i look very good. After two or three round of sex,u will think i have been fasting for some days because i will loss noticeable weight.

as for me,i bed wetted till JSS3 but my mum thought i stopped it earlier. the strategy is, keep a new boxer(nicker as we call it) beside the bed,once i bed wet around 3am,i stand up,change the soaked one with new one and hide d soaked one under the bed. continue my sleep and no one notice.
Note: i must wake up early to remove d soaked boxer and wash it. my mum was happy saying i change my boxer each morning and wash it,not knowing d game behind it.
