Yes, but you forget that new staff cost more because they have to be trained. And training costs money. There are so many other cost implications of hiring new staff over promoting existing lower level staff.I'm not saying we should be pessimistic, but we gotta look at the facts logically. I'm all about hope, sure, but I'm all about logic too.

I know the wait has been long. Let's not get ourselves too worried though. The country is hard for everyone, including the banks. And this is not the first time DB GT's have been kept waiting that long. One thing we can be sure of though is that DB will not employ any other GT's until they absorb all the successful candidates they have on file. In the meantime, let us move on to and focus on other things. And if by the time DB calls us in, we've moved on to better things, that will be their loss and not ours. Let's keep our chins up.
