You don't necessarily need to hear from the person before you pay into his account. When your matched to pay another participant, after payment make sure you take a screenshot of the proof of payment (for internet banking) or you scan a copy of the deposit Teller (across the counter transaction) then you upload the proof of payment to your personal office as evidence of payment. Even if that person is unable to confirm you, the system would automatically confirm you. Thanks.
