Throne over the ocean is just a metaphor..... meaning Allah's powers is over all and satan also can get to u anywhere except u are God fearing. Learn islam with understanding b4 making a comment pls

ALLAH "is" SATAN and SATAN "is" ALLAH.
• "O Allah's Apostle! We have come to ask you about this matter (i.e. the start of creations).
He said, First of all, there was nothing but Allah, and then He created His Throne. His Throne was OVER THE OCEAN..."
(Sahih al-Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 54, Number 414).

The throne of Iblis (Satan) is UPON THE OCEAN..."
