E.g dis years dv wil b tagged dv2015, though application wil b done around oct 2013. 2NL= Second Notification Letter. Its a letter that comes after the first notification letter. The first notification Letter which u can only see with the help of your confirmation number tells you that you have been selected for further processing of the immigrant DV lottery. On the first Notification letter is a link from which u will fill the forms that will be sent to kcc.
The second Notification Letter is a letter you can also see with the help of your confirmation number. It comes only when you are current for a particular month. The 2NL tells you the date of you interview, whom to com wit etc.
