Was in Enugu last weekend and surprisingly don't get why the hell are Enugu people saying their governor is not working

The town was clean , road (tho not wide enough ) were nice n smooth ,trees everywhere

But the most suppressing thing was the rate of development ,mehn see new neighborhood springing up ...massive mansions even tho the road were yet to be done ...u can see that even the new neighborhood are planned


I think east needs to introduce housing tax ...15% of the rental value of a property per year ....states like enugu , IMO , Anambra ,abia can raise minimum of 150 billion a year from this alone ...that can take care of the road infrastructure , drainage system , sanitation systems

Igbo governors are sitting on gold mines if they just do this

Anambra alone can make 300 billion from this every year ...imagine Anambra after ten year of 300 billion for infrastructural every year ...man
