A friend got his 3 months UAE VISA last week before this current happening now in Dubai.

Following the new rule of issuing Nigerians with the highest of one month VISA.

The question is how many months will he be stamped in the airport?

You have to submit in person at Ministry of foreign Affairs, Burjuman.... The last time I checked it was 260 AED each certificate...get there early and you get your certificate attestated.

You can attest your results in Abuja if you need it for a job here.
HIV test and X-ray will be conducted in a UAE hospital but still good to do that in Nigeria to know your status

-Chest X-ray (Tuberculosis)

May God bless you for your kindness, people see you as been hard on them here but I really understand how annoying we make a lot of mistakes, if I knew I will be so great just after 6 years I wouldn't have put myself in this current situation, hopefully others will learn from this to be patient band do travel package themselves

If you have a reason to visit the UK, do. Travel history is always good.
However, it dosent change the fact that the issue of misrepresentation has to be treated. Just keep it in mind that the next time you apply may just be to do that. Expect the worst. Hope for the best.

Thank you for your candour. That will greatly help you. So you misrepresented. Whether or not the documents were checked, your details are on the record so you can NOT ignore it or sweep it under the carpet.

There is a part /column in the form where you are specifically asked if you tried to enter the US via misresentation or fraud. My advice is that you answer truthfully and list ALL the misresentations.

My only worry is that the ambience now no just make sense at the embassy. This may not be the right time to apply o. Especially as your skill is not one that is lacking. Think about it shall. .
But remember, you must have to own up to the misrepresentation in order to move ahead

I've been reading for almost 6 months now and realised I've been deceived as a novice back in 2012, I had no job or married and no kid, I knew nothing about traveling when an agent was introduced to me and got my an international passport and paid him 700k for all other documents attached, and also put a fake China visa stamped to disvirgin my passport..after reading on here I wish I could turn back the hands of time hopefully

My transcript goes this below in 2012;

Me. I'm going to the US for Vacation

Me. Yes please I was in China 4 months ago

Me. I was there for conference

VO. Okay, are you married

Me. Yes please

VO. Do you have a child

Me. Yes I have a son

VO. Where exactly are you visiting in Las Vegas

Me. I acted like I didn't hear cos I didn't know what to say and told him to come again please

Ever since then I travelled to Dubai and spent 5 years to work and also studied photography in an institute there in Dubai, came back home to set up a big Photo studio and I've been doing well since then with many staffs, make average of 300k monthly after salary, I'm married with 2 kids now.

Now I have a wedding shoot in the US and don't even know my stance.

Please don't attack me for my ignorance cos now I know better, please evaluate my chances of been eligible to even apply again cos I've since renewed the passport and have 4 years Dubai resident visa , and also removed the fake visa stamp from the old passport,

Please advise if I should ignore the old passport since the China visa is no more available on it. Peeps should learn from my story
