sir, you don't need to panic at all. you have done the first stage of the process for the expatriate by making sure the expatriate comes into the country with STR(subject to regularization) visa. the next stage is to process his approval for residence permit. you will agree with me that this is often done in any of Nigeria immigration office Nationwide... depending on the location of the business. (i.e. if the business is located in Lagos, you are to visit the immigration office in Lagos). sir, with my wealth of experience in the system and also an insider(immigration officer), i believe i can help you out. i am to assist u with detail explanation on your questions of business permit, quota position, & residence permit.
