Shippyme runs a high octane scam... My Goods has been with them since November and they have not shipped, despite me paying shipping fees and even an additional 11,000 this January.

For the past 3 months they have told all sort of bull****. this same company stole one of my laptops in October and they carry on business as usual.

I have gone to their offices (yaba & ikeja) several times, same old story. call them its Bullshit.. email them, they ignore you. this guys have crippled business for me. God Punish all those involved!!!

Its time i blow the whistle on this inconsiderate lot. Shittyme!

Shippyme services is now 50/50, it can be good or bad depending on your luck. after the first time i used their services the rest have been very frustrating.

The latest fiasco is that an item that has been delivered since 7, November 2014 (over 2 weeks) has not been updated as received, not to talk of the booking prepared for shipping(yet the transit time is supposed to be 5 - 12 biz days ), the is a new low. The last time i shipped with Shippyme, my Laptop got Missing and that was it. no talk of it from shippyme.

At first they completely ignored my E-mails, but for my persistence one of their agents finally sent a message that they were going to work on it. But the truth is they did nothing and will blame the US team(those lot are completely useless as they will not reply your e-mails or pick the phone even when they had been talking on it few seconds earlier). don't even get me started with the Lagos team (you need to call a zillion time before someone finally pick up the phone). It appears Shippyme has attained self satisfaction and its no surprise they give little or no attention to customer's complaints and issues.

In all, business people who want prompt response to emails, good customer service and prompt booking delivery should think carefully before place another booking with shippyme. I cannot really express how disappointed i am with shippyme (Not to mention that i have referred no less than 5 of my friends to them) Not a happy customer.

the reasons for closing down this cafe in lagos is that
1. i have another cafe in my school
2. the boys in charge of this one in lagos are reckless and dishonest.

I am always surprise when someone complains of this extra ordinary fast modem, this stuff has been working for me as mad, i mean click and go! pages opens as if i am flipping through a book.
Anyway i am not disputing you, it could be where you are staying. Did you bother to change the location of the rafter if you are using the the wireless type?

It will be good for you to note that your sales agent brought the modem to my place and confirmed i had full service, before i paid, only to discover the following day that the network disconnects every 10-15 mins, i have on numerous occasions called the tech support and they refuse to give a damn about whats happening,
anyways Nairalander, to be forewarned is to be forearmed though swift 4g is expensive but you get peace of mind and reliable service, this unwired nearly ran me out of my cafe business, so anyone who is willing to gamble with money, time and effort then take your chance.

Buy this modem at your own risk, have not enjoyed this service since the purchase last week monday, it keep rebooting itself and service keep fluctuating, the worse part is that the moment you buy the modem then nobody cares about you, i have spent over 2500 in airtime credit call their customer support for a period of 6 days, but they will never come to you or rectify the problem, i finally paid 30k for swift today because it is far more reliable no fluctuations or rebooting of modem, But if you feel like wasting or experimenting with 14,700 naira then Unwired 4g is the way to go.
