Immediately after the Presidential Primaries, the Tinubu and his entourage paid a visit to the VP to mend fences after having slugged the presidential primaries out and VP losing in the process by coming a distant third. Obviously the body language of the Vp has gone down since then. We stopped seeing his colorful pictures and at a point he claimed to have a surgery to his knees. But all along he stopped identifying with the party’s main flag bearer.

Today, the campaign list is out, and evidently his name his missing their, whereas names of other presidential aspirants are there including the runner up candidate Rotimi Amaechi. The senate president and HoR speakers are on the list and of course the president, it is then a no brainer to assume that the flag bearer would have deliberately refused to add the Vice President to the list. Of the VP must have been contacted, and evidently he must have refused to join in the train, which questions his integrity and loyalty to the party.

The VP obviously have ego problem, and he feels he’s bigger than the party. A sour loser that can’t stop licking his wound.
