Simple solution to this conflict, Relocate all the fulani in Plateau state to one side of Plateau, set up a border for them and have military posts around their settlements to guard against clashes if they won't allow them move freely like any other Nigerians.

The problem is that the Fulani really do not have a voice in the media and no one talks about their maltreatment until the retaliates or take revenge and when they do, they do it with no mercy since they know no one had any mercy for them when they were treated like animals in the first place.

Fulani have leaders in Plateau, don't they? if they do, why not just call them and negotiate with them to move or settle within a particular area?
