glo free calls tampered with my Easy Talk Package and in one month(Dec) N399 was deducted twice cos i activated Glo BIG Dash? Question is SO WAT PACKAGE AMM I ON NOW SINCE I CAN'T EVEN REACH CUSTOMER CAREWHEW!!!!!

I called their C.C and i was told that too.I asked the lady whether the modem is "UNLOCKED".she was flabbergasted and asked for elaboration.To put it in lay man's language,can one use the modem with other networks,e.g mtn.she shouted NOOOOOO!!!it won't work.works only with Glo sim.I chuckled and end the call
