YES, It is only in PHONE SECTION we are experiencing this. I'm very active in literature, music, Tv/Movies and other sections and I modify my posts at will. I still modified a post in literature section about 10 minutes ago .

i never know this all these while.in fact,the admin has a lot of questions to ans.why such stringent rules on our beloved phone section
