Having clarified that misconception i now proceed to answer your second.i don't want to be Judge in this case,am the Solicitor to the Accused.I also want to bring to your notice that in Nigeria our system is adversarial system of administration of justice,so the word Jury should be expunge from your vocab,becoz this is not America. my final submission is that:you must face the Judicial Disciplinary Committee and u can't be the Judge to adjudicate on this case.He who comes to equity,must come with clean hands.

@Iniguy.i want to take you on point No.3 you said, Aieromon was just hallucinating,and admitted that to the Judge?can you please tender your evidence by quoting him verbatim.moreover,to hallucinate according to Encarta Dictionaries means"to imagine seeing,hearing,or otherwise sensing people,things or events that are not present or actually occurring at the time" i want to put it to you that,your statement connote Aieromon as being insane/mad.

@Iniguy.i want to rebut the primae impressionis that u want to assert.you should have adverted your mind to the fact that, a judge exists to determine disputes and to examine with due care and microscopic sense all matters before him in dispute in his pursuit of justice. He is there not to trap any party or to set in motion what the parties have not brought before him. He is not the Grand Inquisitor envisaged by Dostoevsky in his brothers Karamazou. He is a judge governed by rules.
The Judge though he must have some room to manoeuvre, once it is in the interest of justice, is certainly not to create an image of a go-getter,a free for all fighter---per Kayode Eso J.S.C in Sodipo v. Lemminkainen (1986) 1 NWLR Part 15 p.220@224

"I venture to say that it is dangerous for a trial Judge to interfere with the freedom of parties to give their evidence uninterrupted. He ought to be seen as an impartial umpire. With due respect my lord, i would want this case to continue and i will also crave the indulgence of my lordship not to revert this thread back into a chat room until palpable justice is seen to have been done.The principle of Audi alteram partem is pertinent here.Hence, i took the challenge upon myself to be Dwayne's Solicitor in accordance with SECTION 36(6)(C) of our grundnorm--the 1999 constitution.I also promised that my client will be of good comportment to this honourable court.
