I think you are displaying gastritis symptoms. Hence my earlier questions, and my advice on life style change.

Try eating much earlier, before you go to bed and avoid heavy meals before bed time...... Keep trying and switching things, till you find a palatable situation. Observe for a month and feedback..........

When you eat earlier, do you still feel light headed?

The light headed thing rarely occur.. My main concern is the nauseating feeling... Atimes, I will be pouring what looks like ordinary water trim my mouth.. But have never vomited.. I don't know if it is because I do eat late.. But hope it is not stomach ulcer because I don't have any of its other symptoms I suppose.

I used to eat late like 9,10 or 11 pm atimes then.But I eat earlier most of the time of recent.

No.. Also, I do feel contractions in my stomach and it makes sounds atimes.
All happen sometimes though.Not a everyday thing.

I never knew have got people like me, I find it difficult to relate with people have just met. I need to be very familiar with you before I can converse freely plus I enjoy staying indoor. I could be in my apartment for days without my neighbours knowing am around but I job require me to mix with different people.

So true..but one has to balance it to survive in a country like Nigeria. Especially relating to people.

To God be the glory, I finally paid my debt to my neigbours. All thanks to Mr. Uche. May God reward you abundantly..

So, I woke up this morning to see a mail(pm) from a man I will address simply as Mr. Uche. He asked me for my account number and sent me the sum of #50, 000.

Dear Mr. Uche, I don't know you from Adam but you choose to send me the sum of #50, 000.I might not have the means to pay you back, but I know and believe God Almighty in his infinite mercy will replenish and reward you abundantly. I really appreciate you Sir and I pray God grant you all your heart desires. Amen!

From my childhood till date, I have been very unlucky and unfortunate.. Bring almost a full introvert made it worse.. Something is definitely wrong some, God will see me through... I can't remember really offending anybody, if there is any, that person should please forgive me.I am human and never claim to be perfect.. God knows best

Good morning, of recent, I do wake up in the middle of the night or early morning and feel like vomiting. But at the end, I willl end up spitting alot some liquid that almost looks like water. This comes with my head feeling empty, slight headache and a little discomfort in my Belle which doesn't last more than 10 minutes or so.
please, what could be the cause and how can I stop it?

Lend some money from my neigbours when I couldn't cope after I lost my job.. Also had huge accumulated phcn bills and they have brought me notice for disconnection.. As little as it may look, I can't afford to pay it and it has over due.
