Abuja NPC is just 2,500 and no buying of form. Another good thing is that your relative can do it for you. Duuzsz: #5,000 then you buy form #200. Total: #5200 |

Please check the size of each of the documents you uploaded to ensure it is not more than the required size. bfn1: Hello wonderful people, please help me:
The " Submit Documents " button is not working. All necessary documents of petitioner & joint sponsor (AOS, tax transcript, etc) have all been UPLOADED to the CEAC site but the " Submit Documents " button seems to be broken.
We have refreshed the page several times and even deleted and re-uploaded the documents all to no avail.
Please, who has experienced this before?

You may be correct but those meeting their spouse, that is CR1 & IR1and have already started the process have no problem. quote author=Stancima post=86454135]
Sadly any case with an interview date beyond 21st February 2020 is affected except the applicant is for the National Interest waiver (NIW) class or qualifies for a general waiver. Candidates are automatically enrolled for the general waiver and if they do not meet the waiver conditions, their Visa are denied. The NIW is a different application route and not family based.[/quote] |

Ok... You see it? I really don't know why people are so much afraid of this visa ban. It's not the end of life. There are exceptions. Do not be afraid. Focus on your petition and application. Pray to God to see you through. In the mist of this ban, people are getting their visas approved. The devil will defit you if you are afraid. Believe that your case is different. That's my humble advice. Muiz1076: This 2 people still get their spousal visa without stress yesterday and 2 days ago let us be optimistic. |

Exactly.... The ban has exceptions. Our problem is that we don't read between lines. The ban doesn't concern some people. Please let's stop panicking OK. It is well already. Spanishmilf: Yo man, just told my dad about Trump immigration ban, he said that doesn't concern us. I'm scared ooh |

Congratulations my darling... Please i will like to get your email address if you don't mind. Thank you. ifunanyamaka: Hi guys, I had my interview today and I was approved!!! Questions were as follows Vo: good morning Who's filling for you? What does he do in the US? How did you two meet? What's the name of the friend who introduced you? Where and how did this introduction take place? When did you become involved romantically? Who proposed and when did he propose? How did your parents feel about the proposal? Was he married before? Does he have kids? Do you have kids? Does he have siblings? Do you have siblings? What kind of building does he stay in and who does he live with? What kinda of car does he drive? What state does he live in How old is he? How old are you? So you have pictures of the both of you? Ohk congratulations, you have been approved. Then he gave me 3 white papers that contained instructions on how to pick up my passport, pay immigrant fees and rights as a spouse of a us citizen. Then he said I wish you Good luck in the United States of America!!!! It was a really smooth process, my appointment was for 6:30, I arrived 5:30, got through security and got into the building by 7:05am. Was only asked for original copy of police report, IP and PP. I was out of the building by 8:30am. Thank God we made it!!! |

Awesome. Thank you so much. I appreciate. ifunanyamaka: They said it takes 3 to 9 months to get the petition approved. Rest assured it will get approved in-between that time frame. And cos of your status, you will get NVC welcome letter almost immediately (within 2 to 3 weeks) cos visa is always available for people under our category |

Alright darling thank you. We are currently waiting for our case to be approved. Though it is just two months ago we applied. ifunanyamaka: Welcome to the process my dear. Well we started the process May 2018, got our petition approved in August, got NVC WL in September 2018. We had to put it on hold because we were also planning for our trad and church wedding ceremonies which took place in December 2018. We resumed the process and paid the visa fees and sent all documents to NVC in February 2019, got case complete in March and Interview letter came a month after that in April. I presume that if we hadn't put the process on hold due to the wedding, we would have gotten case complete by that September when the letter came in. Basically it would have taken 6months for us from first day of submission to visa interview |

Hello @ifunanyamaka, I am new here and have been following your comments because I am in your category - CR1 Visa and my husband is a citizen. Please how many months did it take you to get a case complete email from the day your husband filed for you. Thank you ifunanyamaka: Also waiting for my appointment letter. Got my case complete email about a week ago. How long does it take to get the appointment letter. My category is the CR1 spousal visa so I believe my case is current already |
