Thank you @hoppa I just did and it shows visa been processed at Canada visa office. This is the first time am seeing been process. though I've been using the tracking ID sent to me via SMS to check it, right now I used the one on the receipt as said by you.. .Please what does the been processed means sir?? As am so confused! Thank you bunch
It means your application is still been processed at the Canadian Embassy. Keep checking from time to time.

Thanks so much. Document i have are - my company business reg certificate, profeaaional certificats, company invoice, letter head to write introduction letter, invite letter from canada, the award organizer's bank statement, the hotel reaervation document, my passport photo, i will print my statement of account tomorrow after transfering the money to the acct. University certificate, my Cv which shows im still doing online masters, my land document. Please i will appreciate if h can get a sample of how to write my introduction letter . Also i will be submiting in Abuja, please where is the beat place to submit? The event is oct 25. Thanks

I just got an email saying my application has been accepted and passport is ready for collection.

Between paper-based application and online application which of them is faster?

What is the current maximum processing time for visa application?

I learnt one's chance is higher to get a visa when he gets an invitation from a Canadian than booking for hotel accommodation? Is that a fact.

Does application from Abuja receive priority with regards to visa approval and processing time?

No, if you doing paper submission, it photocopy you will submit. except for documents that is addressed to them. like reference letter from your place of work, introduction letter and your bank statement has to be original.... PS. their photocopy inside VFC is too expensive, #100 per copy! Make all your photocopies before going in. I wish you well, good luck.
