A company has shocked many after it created and has started selling beer made by using vaginal bacteria.

Not just any vaginal bacteria, though. Lactic acid bacteria from the vagina of Czech model Alexandra Brendlova.

Created by vagina-themed start-up The Order of Yoni, Bottled Instinct is a beer that promises to
capture the essence of femininity.

Its makers create it by taking bacteria from the vagina using a ‘gynaelogical stick’. This stick then goes to a laboratory, where the lactic acid bacteria are ‘isolated and cleaned’ then multiplied.

That bacteria is then used in a culture starter kit, and is combined with water, malt, hops, wooden chips, and yeast to create the beer.

The Order of Yoni says the beer has ‘no vaginal smell or taste’, but it has been ‘flavoured with instincts’ and brewed with model Alexandra’s ‘lure’ and ‘grace’.

They also suggest that by using a woman’s vaginal bacteria, their beer is like having a woman in beer form.

Not many would imagine former Lagos governor, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu wearing big earphones and standing over some stereo.

He added that: “We used to follow him (Ayinde Barrister) about for during the Ramadan, to the extent that I would be locked out. Whenever there was competition around Lagos Island or anywhere, we were always there. There was always the possibility of violence because of the competition,” he stressed.

An estimated 10,000 local hunters from the North-east of Nigeria gathered recently in Adamawa State for their annual oath-taking festival, known as Salala in the local parlance.

The hunters, dressed in their warfare attires, and with their Dane guns dangling over their shoulders, vowed to rid the society of criminals.

They appealed to the government to make use of their members in the fight against terrorism and other social vices.

The leader of the hunters in Adamawa, Muhammad Tola, who claimed the hunters had so far played significant roles in the fight against Boko Haram, said hunters were familiar with the terrain in dreaded forests, like the Sambisa forest.

“We are ready to pursue the terrorists because we know the terrain very well,” Mr. Tola said.



“We are appealing to the military authorities to allow us join the fight against Boko Haram at the Sambisa forest.”

Mr. Tola said the hunters needed the government to assist them with ammunition, transportation and logistics.

He said the government could also enlist young hunters who were willing to join the army, police, and other security agencies.

“We remain one big family devoid of religious or tribal sentiments, that is why you can see over 10,000 hunters from Taraba, Gombe, Bauchi, Borno, Yoba and Adamawa converged for this epoch-making event,” Mr. Tola said.

Female hunters also participated in the Salala festival.

The leader of the female hunters, Aisha Bakari Gombi, said securing the society was a fight for everyone, irrespective of gender.

“This is a clarion call. We all must make sacrifices,” she said.

In a chat with Saturday Beats, Popular Nollywood actor, Emeka Ike actor said that although he has nothing to do with Ibinabo Fiberesima’s predicament, the actress could bag another jail term because of contempt of court.

He said;

“My victory at the court has nothing to do with Ibinabo’s predicament. This case is different and if Ibinabo is going to go to jail for my own case, they should come and beg me. Instead of them to come and beg me, they are still going to the press to say all sorts of rubbish about me. There is still a second jail term for Ibinabo. It is called contempt of court and it would also include Segun Arinze. People have threatened to kill me but I am not scared of them. I am waiting for them and I would look them in the face and tell them that they are evil and I am righteous.

I did not take the issue to the police but straight to the court and I am happy that justice has been served. Anyone that ties Ibinabo’s plight to my victory is only trying to blackmail me and I know they would not stop blackmailing me. How can anyone say that I sent Ibinabo to jail? Am I the Giwa family or the government?”

The actor said he feels bad about Ibinabo’s situation but it could have been prevented if the actress was more remorseful over the death of Dr. Giwa, the young man who was knocked down by the actress over a decade ago. Ike said it was unfortunate that the actress surrounded herself with sycophants who led her to jail.

“How can I be happy that Ibinabo has been sentenced to jail? I feel very bad. The people saying that I am happy about the sentence are actually Ibinabo’s enemies. This is a lady that was used because of the powers she could garner and control. Some people were using her and now that they have messed her up, they are still using her in prison. Ibinabo would never say that Emeka Ike sent her to jail, it is impossible because she knows why she is there. What I was only telling Nigerians is that people of Ibinabo’s status do not contest for any public office. Should we stop telling the truth? She had a criminal issue in court.

Let’s leave sentiments, we have to be realistic. I cannot be happy about her predicament because it is rather unfortunate that she is surrounded by the wrong people and advisers; she was surrounded by sycophants. Instead of them to tell her how to solve her problem, they were pushing her to jail and now that she is in jail, they will not leave her alone. Why did they not advise her to form a team and go to Giwa’s family house and roll on the floor for forgiveness?

They could have sent her away for days but they would not send her away forever. We are a cultural people, I am sure that after going repeatedly, an elder in the family would plead on her behalf and say something like, ‘our son is dead and nothing can bring him back, let us just forgive her.’ She should have been very remorseful but she wasn’t. We told Nigerians that some of us would not agree but they began to call us names because we took the matter to court,” he said.

Case in point, Whitney Larkins, fan of Kendrick Lamar, is suing her idol for exactly the aforementioned sum after being banned from attending a concert. As TMZ points out, Larkins purchased a $350 VIP meet-and-greet ticket and emailed K. Dot's manager Dave Free asking for “one-on-one time” with the artist. Allegedly, Free replied she could get three minutes for a "cash payment of $10,000." After emailing Free for more information, she received a notice that she was banned from the show and would have her $350 refunded.

While Larkins assures that she is not mad at Kendrick, calling him "one of the greatest rappers alive of all time who is on par with Tupac," she has less friendly words for Free, whom she considers “arrogant, snotty and an all-around bad dude from the rooter to the tooter,” who crushed her dreams and left her with "deep sadness." Now, she asks for more than $1 million.

Such an awesome atmosphere of worship and praise with spice of laughter and fun at The Experience 10 at the Tafawa Balewa Square, Onikan, Lagos.

Pastor Paul Adefarasin ministered. Also Pastor Paul Enenche led prayers for divine provision, Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo prophesied 50 blessings to the crowd, Rev. Funke Adejumo leading prayer for families and children, Bishop Mike Okonkwo and other great ministers were also present.

Rib cracking jokes were dished by Akpororo, Chigurl, while HayWhy the Rhymer gave some rhythmic eulogy to God.

Eva Alordiah opened up to Vanguard in a recent interview on why she always perform with snails.

Eva said she learnt something from snails philosophy of life. According to the rapper,

“Err…I love eating snails. I also perform with them on stage because they’re like a back-up for my band; that’s how it started, but as I began to do it, I learnt something from their philosophy of life, and it’s that we should take things with ease as we are blessed and inspired to, and not to be in so much hurry every time. Being slow is not all that bad, we need to relax sometimes. I have been using this philosophy all my life, and it’s paying off. If something doesn’t happen fast, you should chill because it will definitely happen later.”

Eva talked about upcoming album, 1960, “think it’s because I’ve been independent all my life. I went out on my own from the age of 16; asides that, I’m a very stubborn human being, in a good way though.

“1960 is synonymous to Nigeria’s independence, and my mom was born in 1960 as well, so it’s sort of a mini-dedication to her. I only hope my song touches people because if not, then it’s not music to me.”

Guests at last weekend’s Naija FM Comedy Jam Concert and Awards in Lagos were treated to a spectacular night of entertainment as some of Nigeria’s best comedians and musicians lit up the MUSON centre stage on Saturday 21 November.

The Comedy Concert and Awards, organised by Naija FM 102.7, brought comedy top shots like Basketmouth, Francis Odega, Seyi Law and Bovi onstage to thrill the capacity crowd at the Shell Hall alongside pop superstars 2Face Idibia and Wande Coal.

Put together to recognize and honour Nigerian comedians for their hard work and contribution to the entertainment industry, some of the night’s award winners were Funke Akindele, Francis Odega, Bovi, Craze Clown and many others.

Music performances on the night also came from Reekado Banks, Mr 2Kay, Sexy Steel, Seyi Shay, Yung6 and Five Star Music ensemble – Kcee, Harrysong and Skiibi.

Notable faces at the concert include General Manager, Megaletrics Limited, Deji Awokoya, Maria Okanrende, Tee A, Koffi, Soso Soberekan, Ushbebe, Wofai Ifadaamong many others.
