Empiree: Walaikum Salam,
It's called Sujud Tilawah. Those are the underlying phrases in the Qur'an. It happens during ordinary recitation of Qur'an and in Salat Taraweeh (especially). We go down in sujud and recite the following:
"سجد وجهي للذي خلقه وشق سمعه وبصره بحوله وقوته فتبارك الله أحسن الخالقين". (I have prostrated my face to the One Who created it and brought forth its hearing and seeing by His Might and Power. Blessed be Allah the Best of Creators).
Some should come here to further elaborate. You can read in Arabic right?

Thank you empire. Really appreciate it. I can read in Arabic though not fluent but I am trying. Can you please help translate those words better still put the sign on the Arabic letters I can only read with the sign. Am not a pro yet.

Salam Alaikum. House please there is this sign in the QURAN where one will have to SUJUD when reciting QURAN. But I always skip it because I don't know what to say or sometimes recite Subuhana Robiali Allah. Please i need the correct word.

Salam Alaikun house. RAMADAN KAREEM to all my muslimrothers and sisters. Please I need your help . Is there any prayer or dhikir that I can recite before saying my salat. I get carried away easily while praying. I think about unnecessary things. Please I dont want my salats to be in vain. I always try my best to say all my salats at the appropriate time. Please I need your help on this.
