Gold is not mineral resource that can lie fallow, idle or be hidden. If you have it, investors will rush down automatically.

So, being snarled-up, with mostly folks who don't contribute anything to the IGR, thus turning a beautiful landscape into the biggest slum in the world - is a solution, no? How many thriving multicultural cities the size of Lagos has the same population ratio? London? Paris? New York City?

There's a reason why these cities decongest from time to time and shed the population to satellite towns/cities. Excessive population is always counter-productive and it puts unnecessary stress on infrastructures cos no matter what you do, it will always amount to pouring water into a basket...with high crime rate, slums, destitutes etc.. That's the story of Lagos.

This is obviously a lie. That is the Amphi Theatre and you can only see that mammoth gathering during PHIL 101 lecture periods. SER 00, as a special elective is conducted, lecture-wise according to departments and Faculties. You can never have students of all Faculties or departments sit at once in an exam hall like that, not with a humanities Faculty elective where you have the likes of Dr. Aruwa, Mrs Famakinwa, Dr. Babalola, Dr Akande, among a host of others. Interestingly, students hardly write exams in Amphi. It's not something you see everyday. SER001 is a compulsory elective and the school would never allow you students to sit that way. A space in between has always been OAU's style, even if you 500 students writing that exam. That is either CHM 101 class or PHIL 101 class. Reminds me of the days of "Jingo".

We have students who are living very comfortably off. campus. Some even squat and stay with friends. But. u guys prefer to spend ur money lavishly on nonsense and then use almost 20,000 to buy bed space, a money enough to rent house offcampus . Is staying in hostel been forced in u? You never sufer if u suffer wella. You go go rent self contain.off campus
