I've been house hunting for weeks with nothing to show. I have searched every classifieds available for a rent within my budget but couldn't find any good apartment meant for a human to live in, the ones I did find that was within my budget get thrown sky-high with 10% agent fee + 10% Agreement and 10% caution fee, which throws me 30% above my budget. I need Help!! I am looking for any 1bed- 3bed apartment within the borders of Ibadan with road access that's within ₦100,000 to ₦150,000 per annum, Fees Included. Thank you.. |
