The bill state that you have arrears of over 600k and month due of over 300k making a total of over 1m.

Arrears is debt plus what u were billed for d current month. I wouldn't want to call it what u consumed as we all know that estimation like the name isn't always correct

In Nigeria, inconsistency doesn't render report useless, emotion and narrative does.

A panel that was paid by tax payers money is coming up with such a report, and we are still asking who did we offend?
