As bad as Buhari was to Igbos, he was actually far better in terms of appointments he gave Igbos compared to this current frog-eyed mo.ron, that tells you everything you need to know. A Southerner who should look out for the South has alienated the entire South and given all the key positions to his tribesmen. Ok you don't think Igbos count, fine...we're fine and used to being sidelined anyways, but what about the South South people that gave you one whole state? even though we know the massive rigging that happened in Rivers state. Now the SW bloc have pissed off their only true allies in the core North with some of the anti-North policies Okpolo eyes has implemented. 2027 will be very interesting |
Bendeco2020:They should also take note of massive inflation, naira devaluation, hunger, unemployment, terrible cost of governance etc all caused by APC...even the North are plotting to deal with your people come 2027, but una no dey read the political atmosphere cause you're so busy fighting Igbos that are trolling your stupidity and having a laugh |
simpleseyi:You really think an average Igbo man who is pricing your father's land to buy soon gives a fucck about some presidency in far away Abuja that adds absolutely no value to his pocket? You monkeys are funny walahi LMFAOOO ![]() |
zuchyblink:I think he should be in the CHAN set up first as a final test for him since he will be facing bigger boys this time, but he is definitely one for the future. |
Today's my birthday guys, your birthday wishes will be warmly appreciated! |
AntiZikist:Another gibberish |
AntiZikist:Whats my business with Ndi IPOB? you seemed more obsessed with then than necessary for your own health. |
Don't get me wrong, I want Biafra...but the Biafra I want is a South East region with a thriving economy led by competent leaders, true leaders who will serve our interest at the NASS...but a Biafra led by brainless thugs like Ekpa and a criminal like Nnamdi Kanu? I would rather we remain in Nigeria. God forbid those bastards. |
AntiZikist:Nobody in the East cares, Bianca is her own person as much as she's a politician...even Ojukwu wouldn't have stopped her accepting the appointment if he was alive. I don't see how that affects an average Igbo man on the street. |
AntiZikist:Why is Obi's congratulations to Bianca of such importance to your life? is that your most pressing need right now of all national issues plaguing Nigeria? You're the same unstable idiot who will accuse Obi of bigotry for congratulating only his "sister" because she's Igbo. Get a life and worry about your personal growth in life. |
TheSuperNerd:70% of these players shouldn't make the AFCON U20 tournament, many of them just lacks the fundamentals of good football players...only 3-4 players hugely impressed in this tournament (Divine Oliseh, Ariehi, Harcourt and Japhta)...the rest were largely below average, that our defence was particularly bad and Bamaiyi has no reason to be playing anywhere close to any of our national teams (but of course we know he has a football godfather in the NFF). The Ghanaian side looked better drilled and were very unlucky with several gilt-edged goal opportunities they missed. We need to rebuild this team around the Beyond Limit and Sporting Lagos academy, only Ariehi, Harcourt, Divine and 1 or 2 other bright spots should be kept and groomed into stardom. |
This our wafu team isn't good at all make I no lie...the only positives have been Ariehi, the GK and to some extent Clinton Jephta. The rest na minus 10. We need to build around the beyond Limit and Sporting Lagos academies. |
TheSuperNerd:He's definitely one to watch Ariehi Harcourt (GK) Jephta Those are the 3 players I see making the transition to senior NT football soon |
Paramount01:Oponu dey yarn dus. Go to Festac, Okota, Ajah etc and see how Yoruba baddies dey do "pick me pick me, Omo Ibo I fine o" olosho gigs for those rich Igbo boys, I've been to the night club scenes enough to see how Igbo boys easily take Yoruba girls back to their homes and hotels to fuvk them. There's a reason your women dominate the porn industry (Google Maame Igbagbo, FreakyTosin, TomiwaSneakyLinks etc) and behold the escapades of your women. But I digress, there are statistically a high rate of cheating women in Nigeria and this problem cuts across all tribes- that's why paternity fraud remains on a all time high. But the culture of promiscuity is particularly endemic in yoruba marriages, your women no dey "stay one place" and the men are known to be the worst when it comes to sleeping around, una gbola no dey ever stay inside, na why baby mama's full yoruba households with bastards who don't know their fathers. |
CommonSense1967:LMFAOOO dude you sound broken, are you going through a mental breakdown? 😂😂😂😂😂. Ogeni relax and get a grip before you craze enter road .You're beta male biTch ass plonker who definitely gets no pussy, not only are you a bleeping weirdo, you're a loser who exudes all the traits of a rapist! I'm sure you force your small ego having self on women who keep rejecting your grinch looking pigsty self. You dey abroad still dey reason how you go come back and fuvk my "sisters", meanwhile I'm fuvking all your yoruba sisters for FREE in Lagos, my boys and I even ran a train on one Yoruba biTch few days ago . bleeping small dicck biTch boy wants to flex on a faceless forum, I'll be waiting for your return to Naija and I will even drop my number make we run am if dem born your mama well. |
Paramount01:No tribe cheat pass Yoruba women, there was even a stat released not too long ago that showed the SW has the highest rate of paternity fraud in Nigeria. Don't even go there |
CommonSense1967:Just as one Igbo Odogwu is giving your sister better doggy, the point is nobody cares what two consenting adults choose to do regardless of tribe, you low IQ m.oron. |
At this point the only North African team I respect is Morocco, they don't play dirty like the typical North African team and do the talking on the pitch with their team which is arguably the best in Africa right now.. Egypt to some extent are decent but they play very dirty when they want to. But you see teams like Tunisia and Libya? God forbid we ever cross path with such teams in crucial tournaments. |
SamueItem337:I remember now, you're right...but reading more about that situation now, Ekong actually requested to be excused from the games as he was just recovering from injury and only played the charity match in an off-season capacity to boost his fitness as well as raise funds for his cause. Once again Finidi didn't drop Ekong without his approval. |
isan:Not a fan of Finidi's coaching tenure in the least, but this is harsh cause Ekong was injured during those crucial games against SA and Benin republic...infact we missed several of our key players like Moses Simon, Osimhen, Aina, and Ekong |
lbrichman2:Only best outcome for CAF and probably for all parties (if it's all about broadcasting rights and financial gains) is to set the rematch for a later date and at a neutral ground (preferably in South Africa), cause it will be foolhardy to play the rematch in any North African country at this point, and the Libyans wouldn't want it either in a West African country. At least a grudge and emotionally charged rematch where revenge is the goal will be one to talk about for days. |
solonnachi:The guy is hilarious, comedy/ skit making should have been his calling if football didn't work out for him. |
Love how all the top clubs across Europe are speaking up for our players on their socials, goes to show our players are top assets to their clubs...imagine a Balon d'or nominee and prospective APOY like Lookman being held hostage like some common street beggar, Atalanta will go bunkers. |
After Gadaffi died, Libya just became more useless and sunk into more depravity...useless pathetic losers, you can't beat a team fair and square on the pitch and you resort to weird acts...I can understand resorting to casual dark arts as pay-back like giving your opponents a 3 star hotel or unappealing food etc but holding international players on an official fixture hostage for more than 12 hours? that's tantamount to a permanent ban and fine! That's borderline terrorism. |
Would you guys be comfortable with Eguavoen leading the team in the world cup qualifiers next year, and why? give your honest reasons I personally would prefer Eguavoen leading the team. He's not perfect but he seems to command the love, respect and confidence of this team- and more often than not those are the components you need as a coach to be successful...Eguavoen has always been a decent coach with so far the best winning ratio among the list of coaches who have managed us so far based on stats (and I stand to be corrected), his only nemesis has been in knockout phases of major tournaments,he just seems to have that unlucky mojo of never getting far in tournaments. Right now except we get a genius foreign coach in the mould of a Pep Guardiola, then I can't trust the odds of this team under any random journeyman oyinbo coach in squeezing us through our current world cup group wahala...I get the feeling that even the popular Herve Renard saw and analyzed our precarious world cup situation when contacted and then chickened out, none of the European coaches seemed to want the coaching job. Eguavoen is the best shot we have at the moment, and every support has to be given to him from the fans and the NFF for him to succeed. |
Before you all go to bed, don't forget a CAF official in broad daylight ruled off this Lookman's goal as "offside"...same way his legit goal against Rwanda was denied, Lookman was also denied a blatant PK in the first half of this match. https://x.com/drpenking/status/1844803819277824412 I won't be surprised if CAF do a James Bond against Ademola and deny him his APOY award, the agenda is actually becoming irritating and well meaning Nigerians should start hash-tagging FIFA en masse...if only NFF weren't so useless, they should be filing petitions against this dodgy officiating. |
mekabuachi:0 shots, I can't even remember them shooting to kill the birds in the air, at least that one should have counted as a shot off target. Nwabali might as well have brought a mattress to sleep. |
Subzerooo:How about we play Fisayo as a false 9 then? his ball striking abilities will be more effective there. |
Libya has to be the most gutless and useless teams I've ever watched, you're dead last in the group with a must win game yet they played so hard for a draw instead of taking their chances by coming out to play. Nwabali might as well have left his goal-post and gone to the sidelines to grill suya. |
charlesemeka85:But this has been common knowledge based on the performance of our midfielders, I'm not saying anything new or unpopular...Iwobi will be happy his creative burdens have been relieved by the emergence of Dele-Bashiru. At the end it's good to have more depth and competition. |
A midfield of Onyeka, Onyedika and Dele-Bashiru is what we need going forward, these guys just bring more youth and dynamism to our midfield...Iwobi should play from the wings and Ndidi can come off the bench to see out the game for us. |
Boniface might just be a club champion type of player at best, some players just don't have that "IT" factor in the national team. |
