Romance / Is It Wise To Test Your Patner? by hotncold1(m): 3:29pm On Dec 14, 2013
I read the story of a fellow Nairalander,of how he has been dating a girl for 3yrs,now suddenly became pregnant for another man, then 2 weeks later....it was all a "test".The story get K leg abi? grin grin grin

My worry is why would you test your patner of over 2yrs or more in the first place?Isn't 3-6 months enough for you to know the kind of deal you got yourself?

I don't do "testing",if I can't trust you from day one, then we are just sex mate.

Let's relate,mature mind only

TV/Movies / What's The Most Educative Tv Advert You Have Ever Watched? by hotncold1(m): 1:55pm On Nov 29, 2013
I stumbled on a Tv advert on a channel on DSTV some time ago.It was about"Don't drink and drive".In the advert, they were doing a random"Stop and wait"exercise for car owners.

They just wanted to know the number of people willing to give their car to a(fake) drunkard to drive,of course, non of the car owners allowed the(fake)drunkard into their car grin.

It was fun, hilarious yet educative to say the least. It has for some strange reason become the most educative Tv advert I have ever watched till date.

Share your's.

Business / Igbos Are Blamed For Substandard Goods In Nigeria: Why by hotncold1(m): 7:49am On Nov 17, 2013
This is not about tribal or ethnic sentiments, its about trying to understand where the"perceived"notion, that Igbos are either known for,or are responsible for"substandard goods/merchandise"within Nigeria.

It is true that"most"and not"all"Igbos are into importation and manufacturing of"substandard goods"within Nigeria grin grin, for what ever reason(s),but is it fair to"Generalise"?

Are Igbos the only ethnic group in Nigeria that are into importation and manufacturing of"Substandard goods"?

Where and when did this"myopic notion"spring up from?

Why must the Igbos be blamed for"Substandard goods"In Nigeria?

Islam for Muslims / Re: Why Some Alfas/imams Like To Keep Their Beards Long? by hotncold1(m): 9:04am On Nov 14, 2013
tbaba1234:

There are different opinions. Some people are of the opinion that it is compulsory, others hold a different view.
So in essence, there is no general consensus that clerics should or must keep their beards?
Islam for Muslims / Re: Why Some Alfas/imams Like To Keep Their Beards Long? by hotncold1(m): 8:11am On Nov 14, 2013
tbaba1234:

Maybe he is of the view that it is not obligatory.

So are you saying that"keeping beard"isn't obligatory for muslim?
