Please anyone with information on NCEE like the Net, Upfront and allowance?

Honestly it's not easy for me not to dwell in it, I currently work in a bank as a contract staff, the pay is nothing compared to the work. I have got a whole lots of project in my life on hold because the finance is not there, It's been 9yrs now since I graduated..

Possibly you maybe a fresh graduate but even at that, you can still push @ informal sector.

Does he trust you to keep your word? If he does, propose to pay him reasonable amount of money if you get the job. You can use a mutual as escrow if he wants pay before the job.

It's already sounding like he doesn't want to help but money has proven to make ways in this type of situation. Follow your instincts.

Yeah I have offered to pay but he would say it's not about the money .. I have tried this too

I have a friend who recently made it to the final Customs list. He has this kind of seemingly relationship with a Senator from Edo North. Their relationship is not very close, but he always has a way of getting favours from the Senator.
I have appealed to him several times to help and intercede on my behalf. We both applied for the Customs together. As a matter of fact, I even brought it to his attention when the recruitment came up.
He was already working in the Nigeria Correctional Service, which he also got through the Senator, before we even graduated from school. Since that time, I have always been telling him to help also put in a word for me.
This time around, we both applied for Customs and CDCFIB. His name made it to the final list of Customs, while I was disqualified after the test.
When I met with him to celebrate the Customs job, he told me that he would also make it to the final list of the CDCFIB. Again, while I was just recently disqualified after the medicals, his name made it again to the next stage.
I really don't know how else I am going to appeal to him or what else to say to him.
Every time, he keeps insinuating that mine would be quite difficult since I am not from his ethnic group or senatorial district. But honestly, he is the closest I have to any connect.
The frustration is killing me. I just need help.

How else can I approach him without making it seem like I am putting too much pressure on him?

How long are we going to continue like this?

Another list yet somehow the outcome remains the same. We apply, we prepare, we participate in every stage, we hope, we pray and then we wait for a list that once again leaves many of us asking the same question, when will my own turn come?

Are we going to just keep hoping that someday, somehow we will just miraculously find our names on one of these lists?

At what point do we stop hoping?

Hopefully I'd be getting married soon, what I intend to do is after my weeding am going to my house because the weeding would be in the same city I live with my fiancé... But after arranging all the things and settling down in the next couple of days I plan to go to a resort or anything of sort with my wife for atleast a week, Away from all the hustle and bustle to enable us just focus on ourselves.. this have always been my idea of an honey moon..

But you see on my weeding night biko just take me home because God knows I will be too tired to do anything on that night, me that I have said to myself that I am going to dance until they beg me to go home 😂

Extra: For the honeymoon destination I plan on using Obudu cattle ranch in Calabar.. If God still bless me I fit still go Seychelles or Ibiza

Those of us that weren't shortlisted for this Federal Civil Service job can we at least know why? What exactly did we do wrong? Did we apply for the wrong category or were our credentials not good enough?

I feel it would have made more sense that everyone be giving equal opportunity to compete, because I don't exactly see why I would apply for a job where you posted the requirements which I clearly met and yet I'm not shortlisted, so what exactly was the criteria used that made me not eligible?

Tinubu led federal government should pay workers their full minimum wage not the #30,000 they added across board. They should implement full minimum wage using minimum wage consequential adjustment. The lies from this government is becoming too much.
Nlc president has failed the Nigeria workers and he should resign or be disgraced.

Even in states what most of the governors do is increase the allowance rather than the basic, I got to know this when the government paid 13th Month which was supposed to be half of the basic salary
