Nwanyiogwashi:i beg to disagree on this, those slot are given to them to share to eligible applicants from their state. Am not also ignorant to the fact that the number of persons on their neck far outweigh the slots to be shared but that is not to say that the slot are their personal gift. it's not bad to help their family but they should also reserve some for people like us who are not related to them.. Thanks all the same for the motivation you are given to people here many persons are now beginning to engage their leaders.. Uhuru will certainly be achieved. 6 Likes |

You don build house be say you don build house. Move on and forget the property agent cos your success has nothing to do with the choice of who he wanted to rent the house to. People get ridiculed on daily basis; if you want to take all to heart, you'll end up holding grudges everyday and against many people. And that's not good for your mental and spiritual health. sometimes what some persons call motivation some other persons might see it as mockery. 5 Likes 1 Share |

the salary is important because some persons who applied are already working so some might need to compare and see which best suites them. But for information i heard salary varies based on the ministry you applied for; i.e someone in the hralth ministry might earn hugher than someone in the sports ministry even though they might both be in dame grade level. But in which ever ministry the range is usually around 65k- 95k. But my advise to applicants who are already working but earn less than 90k weather or not it's high than the civil service salary most especially when it dose not offer carrier growth is that they should pick the govt job looking at it in the long term you would enjoy a consistent growth. meanwhile credible information is been shared in the WhatsApp group do well to join

Nwanyiogwashi:Talking about networking maybe am missing something but how exactly do we get close to people who doesn't want to get close to us? if he even manages to pick your call all he would say is "submit your credentials at the office". how many times will i even submit these credentials at the office self? when you even get to the office and ask to meet him in person they'll tell you, you cant meet him except he has an appointment with you. 3 Likes 1 Share |

I think it's high time this country looks into and regulate some organization polices or should i say employment polices. here is my own story. There is this job i applied for in an NGO finicial institution sometime around october after all the text and series of interview i was called that i got the job and i should come for documentation we got there hoping to receive our APL but no noting like that instead we were given many forms to sign some were to be signed in court while others were to be signed by our guarantors who they even ask to come with us in person with original documents of their landed properties. Fastforward to January after the rigorous documentation we were now told that we would undergo a 2 weeks intensive training without pay after which they would give us our APL and deploy us to resume work. Brethren, it is more than a month now since we concluded that training yet nothing from them yet no work no APL or we got is they will get back to us, some person had to quite their previous job so they can participate in the training now what even pained me the most was that the week in December we were to start our documentation i got an internship job with the state government with a monthly stipend of #30,000. But due to the rigorous nature of the documentation i couldn't resume that said week and after about 3days my appointment was terminated even though i informed them while i wont be able to resume that week. Now the red flags i got was 1) up until the day we started training this organisation refused to disclose what our salary would be. i tried doing my own findings and what i found was btw the range of #90k to #100k. But we were shocked when they tood us during the training that the salary is not even up to #60k yes! and some person quite their job of 70-80k for this job. 2) During the documentation one of the forms we were meant to sign includes a fidelity bond which states that we cant quite from the job within 2years from the day of our training or we would be made to pay the sum of #200,000. |

OcVoice:You just said the bitter honest truth. If its possible for you to meet him in person maybe that would be better otherwise calling them some might even tell u that is not in their capacity to give job. mine told me when i called him to submit my credentials at his office when i told him I've already done that he said thats all that if their is any vacancy related to my field of study they'll let me know, it's almost 6 months now am still hoping and praying that something happens soon |
