All they are saying is that there is a zoning arrangements in Delta state of which all other zones have been represented and now it's the turn of Delta ijaws. it is not a fan theory. It was revealed in the anime when kaido was introduced. I can't remember the episode. They also talked about how kaido was caught several times by the navy and how he couldn't be killed. An Iron blade fell on kaido's neck and the iron blade shattered.

Kaido is unkillable.

There is this theory I have always had about Law.
Remember the last person that had Law type of devil fruit power had to use his to perform the ultimate operation by making kaido immortal and died after carrying out the operation.
And I have always believed law will use that same technique to make Luffy immortal or use it to make kaido mortal again so Luffy can destroy him.
